explored throughout this journey because not everything at first will be stable but it takes 
consistency through this process and finally when you’re happy with the result of improving and the 
growth of it, and adapting to the new growth or chapter in life.

This fits to my research because it shows the steps of personal growth and a perspective of a 
professional, or maybe someone who has been there and dealt with the situation. This was helpful 
because it gave me a better point of view for personal growth and the self creation and becoming 
someone you’ve waited. I can use this source for steps and it gave me more knowledge of my topic 
and new things I didn’t think of.

healthier lifestyle and self growth because it’s hard going through a rough path and trying to
improve from it.

This can help me for my topic based on self growth because I’m learning the background of it which 
why it’s hard to come up from a bad place a in your life and stress has a big impact in this as well. I 
can use this because I can give background information of the topic because I won’t go straight or 
general to the topic and how it’s difficult for others to overcome it.

behaviors or something they like doing and giving them motivation to do something good in their life. 
For they can be separated from that negatively and start a new journey in their life whether it’s 
something they like doing and something productive and positive, which sometimes it may be hard.

It can give me background of it and people’s opinion on it, how it can be fulfill in this journey for 
someone who has a bad experience from life crisis and this is someone who knows about this matter 
and giving suggestions to make a change and giving some positive feedback and doing something 
you like doing not because you have to, motivation is a big step into getting somewhere you’re 
happily stable and mentally.

someone who is struggling with themselves. It basically says to stay humble because there is always 
going to be people who will try and bring you down, but you can be the only person who bring 
themselves up and not let the those hurt or emotions. Try to be nice to the people around you even 
if you’re going through something difficult in your life.

It was helpful, because it shows the ways to help and a person. This source was as if the author was 
telling that person what she/he can do in their life for the better whether or not take those advices. 
There was many positives vibes when reading it because there’s no judgmental in this reading and 
even for me it felt really good and I was interesting in reading it.

This source was explaining why people in some cases want to improve on themselves because 
depression. relationship with other people, anxiety, etc it can be so many other things in why people 
feel low in their life and realize they want to change for the better, this source doesn’t give you tips 
on how to improve, it shows the causes why people fall back. The goal of this source was to get 
background knowledge to know why some people fall down, want to pick themselves up.

Yes, it was very helpful because it wasn’t like the other resources I used. This resource isn’t general, 
it in how some people have mental problems and how when those seek to help themselves because 
they want to feel happy, not down and upset about it. I can use this source for my background 
information why people seek for help.

This source offer is that others don’t that is, it’s very specific on the areas that a person should 
improve when going through this process because it gives what the brain needs to improve and an 
every daily, what should happen. The goal of this source was to show how 5 main majors should 
improve.

Yes, it does because not being general about it but gives ideas and majors that people go through 
and what the brain needs for their mental health. I could use this source in my project because I can

Yes it was helpful because I can gather more information of the background of personal growth, how 
to manage your time to give it to yourself to the places you need, you need motivation and time 
because it takes time to get where you want and to be happy.But this source says how your goals 
and ambitions aren’t the same as your friends because we’re different, you can’t stay in the same 
mindset sometimes you have to get out your way to achieve new goals in life and it’ll help to making 
a new better vision of themselves.
