SECOND GRADE

FEBRUARY 11
WORLD HISTORY

 The question will be: do you think that World War One was a mistake? Yes or no and why?
 The students will answer to the question in a piece of paper to later share it with their classmates.
 The students in teams, are going to finish watching the documentary on the World War One and finish the
questionnaire given.
 After that, they will watch a video about Abstract Art and will answer a questionnaire.
 As feedback, the answers of the questionnaires will be checked and any corrections will be made.

ENGLISH WHIZ

 The students will review the structures of the following time tenses: Present Simple, Present Continuos,
Past Simple, Past Continuous, Present Perfect, Future Simple and Modals.
 The students in teams, they will be given some time tenses with which they will have to do a KeyNote
presentation in order to search about them, remind them and also to explain it.
 The students will explain their topics to their classmates.
 The students will be given an exercise to do as homework in which they will write positive and negative
sentences as well as questions using the different time tenses.
 As feedback, any doubt about the time tenses will be checked.

 LEXIUM strategies will be used at the moment everyone is giving their opinion on the questions asked. It
will be taken care the moment in which someone talks and at the same time the respect that everyone else
gives to the speaker. In that way, we’ll be working with the strategies. If someone doesn’t understand the
project, I will let someone else explain for them. That way, we will also be practicing our strategic idea.
FEBRUARY 12
ENGLISH WHIZ

 To practice our abilities of the language, the students will watch a movie 🎥 🎥 which will be a challenge for
them because it won’t have subtitles in English. It will only be spoken.
 After the movie, the students will have to write a quick and short summary of what they understood about
it.
FEBRUARY 13
BIG CHALLENGE PROJECT WILL BE WORKED IN THE CLASSROOM.

The students will be working on their Big Challenge Project during classroom hours in order to avoid team work in
their houses.
Every single detail will be observed and any question will be answered. Ideas and also tips and suggestions will be
given to the teams in order to prepare the best Big Challenge Project they’ve done.

will be taken care the moment in which someone talks and at the same time the respect that everyone else
