I can be attained from 30 April 2010 till 15 November 2010 at the indicated address. I took note of the important
information listed below. It is known to me that I am responsible for the non-deliverability of postal-items due to
incorrect data in the address part.
I also took note of the following important information:
1. It is not*) known to me that there is any judicial or police preliminary investigation against me, which could be
suitable of endangering the study service according to the kind of the criminal offence. I do not*) suffer from any
illness that could endanger collegians.
2. I do know that this application for the  (incl. a complete and close résumé with data till the application
date) has to be received duly at the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt till 3. I do know that I do not
participate in the admission procedure if my admission qualification is not present at the university on the due
date or in bad in form.
In case of enrolment I declare
I take note that software, which will be left to me by the university in the context of my study, is subject to license
conditions. Any copy is strictly forbidden due to contract and copyright regulations. The offence is punishable and
leads to claims. I abstain from liability claims against the university, which could arise from the cession. As far as
