It is hereby certified that this material meets the requirements, and conforms to AMS 2644. This material is
listed or approved for listing on QPL-AMS-2644.

Samples of the material, identified by the batch number, have been analysed in accordance with the
methods that meet and/or exceed the detection limits for fluoride, chloride and sulfur as per ASME Boiler
and Pressure Vessel Code, Section V, Article 6, with the following results;

NOTE: In accordance with the specifications and code procedures, prior to ASTM E165 Annex A4 test, a
100 gram sample is evaluated at elevated temperatures. If, after evaporation, the residue is 0.005 grams
(50 ppm) or less, fluoride, chloride and sulfur analyses are not performed and the weight of the residue is
reported instead.

We further certify that this material has been tested and meets the requirements, using the latest revision,
of ISO 3452-2 (sensitivity level 2), ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section V, MIL-I-25135, ASTM
E1417, AS 2062, ASTM E165 and MIL-STD-271.

Copies of the Certificates of Analysis and laboratory reports are available on request.
Batch numbers can be found on the bottom of aerosol cans or labels of bulk containers.

Certified that the whole of the supplies detailed hereon have been inspected, tested and unless otherwise
stated above - confirmed in all respects with the requirements of the contract or order . The quality control
arrangements adopted in respect of these supplies have accorded with the conditions of our quality
control procedures.
