JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF TWO (2)

DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ALFREDO V. GINES and ADRIANO L. PADILLA, both of legal age,

married, Filipino citizens and residents of Barangay Bonfal Proper,
Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we know personally ARTURO C. MEMITA and SHERWIN JAMES

E. MEMITA having been family close friends and neighbors for a long
time;

2. That ARTURO C. MEMITA have been occupying, tilling and possessing

exclusively, adversely, and in the concept of owner a certain parcel of
land with Lot No, 15 of Subdivision Plan of Sgs-(af)-02-001457, and
with an area of SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE
(7,959) Square Meters more or less, situated at Purok 7, Brgy. Bonfal
Proper, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya;

3. That SHERWIN JAMES E. MEMITA have been occupying, tilling and

possessing exclusively, adversely, and in the concept of owner a certain
parcel of land with Lot No, 19 of Subdivision Plan of Sgs-(af)-02-
001457, and with an area of NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
NINETY ONE (9,791) Square Meters more or less, situated at Purok 7,
Brgy. Bonfal Proper, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya;

4. That we attest to the veracity of the foregoing statements and we freely

execute this affidavit without any promise of rewards or pecuniary
benefits whatsoever but simply to support the application of ARTURO
C. MEMITA and SHERWIN JAMES E. MEMITA before the Department
of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for the issuance of
Certificate of Title covering the above-mentioned parcels of land;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this

14 day of June 2018 at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
