6:00am to 6:00pm. (Lunch Reception)

Inclusions Exclusive use of the following facilities:


- Gardens (maximum capacity 200 guests)-
- Multi-purpose hall (maximum capacity 120 guests)
- Gazebos, garden sets and swings
- Dining area at the Liberica Main House
- Two family rooms at the Liberica Main House (good for 7 pax)
- Parking (maximum capacity 40 cars)
Other charges  Php 150 per person exceeding 100 guests
 Time in excess of event duration shall be charged P200/hr.
Reconciliation shall consider the start of mobilization of supplies/
equipment and end of demobilization of the same.
 Php 500 per hour for electricity usage (for special lighting, sound
system and equivalent)
 Php 5,000 or 5% of catering costs (whichever is higher) for corkage of
food and beverage to be brought in

Payment terms:
 Fifty percent (50%) of contract price as down payment and reservation fee shall be required to
block-off the desired date.
 Full payment of the remaining balance and other additional charges (i.e. corkage) will be due
five (5) business days before the event day.
 Twenty five percent (25%) of contract price will be charged upon cancellation of contract; 50%
of contract price will be forfeited for cancellations made thirteen (13) days before the event
date.
 Incidental/additional charges to be settled immediately upon request.
