I will keep the video just so I am aware of that guy in the future. Also for
fairness in sharing info, you should be aware of a group which just started
in Portland. I just learned of them this weekend. You may already know of
them, the Rose City Redneck Revolt. I'll let you make your own opinion. I
know your getting threats, you need to take your safety and the safety of you

Ok so I watched the whole video. Got your march done huh..... the subject
they are talking about was trying to unarrest the guy everyone held onto.
He's not a cop by a long shot. We do not nor will ever use that kind of
tactic. I'm guessing the video is done by one of your supporters based on the
location and angle around everyone else. He was close to Tiny and I'm sure
Tiny would have pushed him out of your group.

You can file a report. If you know who it is he can be listed as a suspect.
I'm not sure what he did with it cause the camera moves. He probably handed
it off. You would have to come into Portland and request an officer since
there is a suspect. If you just came into like Jansen beach and called on
emergency they would send an officer

I was just told a few minutes ago they were arrested. Apparently this morning
Brady pepper sprayed Joey Gibson at the Pride Parade. Emil tried to unarrest
Brady and he was arrested also. I'm sorry I didn't have this info when you
called earlier. I only found out a bit ago.

So Tiny posted 3 hours ago he was going down there and 2 guys replied. My
bad, I had checked around noon his page and there was nothing. I had just
checked the antifa guys before I sent the email a bit ago. Joey posted 59
mins ago that Tiny will be there and encouraged others to go join him. No one
there is saying anything about going. These guys are killing me by not pre-
planning like before.

I'm not sure who the RRT sergeant will be but I have been asked by
individuals from both sides today t pass along their contact phone number.
For the peaceful counter protest. Jamie Partridge +1 (503) 752-5112. For a
member of the Patriot Prayer group who has done security Lawrence Cavallero
+1 (503) 213-0266. I don't think he has an official role today but asked I
pass it along. Jamie told me his intel has less black block attending today.
He plans on keeping his folks away from the Patriot group. However, Joey
posted a video a couple days ago encouraging people to approach and try and
talk. May cause conflict and show the Patriots as the aggressors

FYI I just talked to Joey. He is still considering a march. I explained what
he is up against and why we want to keep them in a specific area. He is
meeting with some people this weekend and told me he would make a final
decision by Monday hopefully. I also told him we may have to try and stop him
from marching if it was to big of a public safety concern. Told him we didn't
want that to happen as he should be able to march but might be considered.

Final thought before the meeting. Joey posted a little by ago asking people
who want to fight to stay away. However, some in comments are advocating

Just FYI Joey Gibson just called me and said he pulled a rookie move and
posted he will be at OBP for an interview today. Said they have underground

I heard about this guy on the radio. I’ll watch the video. Listening to the
officers on the radio the bike guy was instigating some of it. I’ll look at
it and provide feedback. The thing which hurts us is there are really only a
couple of us who know the players and has knowledge about what is happening
behind the scenes.

So we had people out contacting groups who do not know the players. I was
listening to the radio and heard there was some minor clashes. I was on the
perimeter waiting to respond with an RRT squad so it never got to that level.
I know we asked anyone if they wanted to make a police report about
activities. One was written but I don’t know the issues. I will let the
command know about your feelings. It’s good feedback. Were there smoking
bombs and fireworks tossed at you?

I wanted to follow up and say I watched the video. I have discussed this with
officers who were nearby. I also have shared this with others so they can see
the issues. We will not always arrest someone during an event to reduce a
flash point. Having video like this is good for times when we can arrest
someone safely and or away from an event. I appreciate you sharing it and
your concerns.

2. The permit time requested was from 1400-2000. Joey's Facebook is from

Joey is really pushing some Antifa folks. Went and did a video talking about
Luis Marquez and calling him a pedophile. They rhetoric is ramping up again
ahead of the 30th. I had to spend Friday evening calming him and the Adams
family down after the GJ for the guy FPS arrested. They are waiting to vote
to see a video and they all thought the charges were dropped completely

Joey knew about the post. He thinks it was on the Patriot Prayer page but his
admin people took it down. I asked him to let me know if other stuff like
that gets posted. He is also going to start messaging about we are not the

Just throwing myself on the sword. Joey called upset thinking I lied to him
cause others could not find mutual combat in the law and thought I was making
it up. I talked to Vasquez and clarified my understanding and my belief in
ORS 161.215. He gave me info and I called Joey back. Hopefully it summers
down. I really need to get a job in the inspector's office....

Springs Fountain with an entrance to be searched. All groups go in that one

They are putting up a fence like that one event last year. But trying to do
it better. Thinking Antifa might try to mass at the fountain and the Opening
in the fence at Taylor will be safer. Also there is a wedding scheduled on
the Portland Spirt and other families probably at the fountain so trying to
avoid a huge police presence there and any conflict.

Party at the Square. From 10 am - 8 pm. Supposed to be a celebration of
Portland community, charities, and small businesses. If you could avoid that
area it would be appreciated. I'm not sure how many will be there, but
the Square management gets a little worried about protests upsetting their
planned events
