Subject: Request for Study Leave

Respected Madam,

It is submitted that I have been working as lecturer in English at Lahore College for
Women University, Jhang Campus since 01 October, 2005 till now (9 YEARS).As per requirement of HEC
and in the best interest of my institution, I want to do M Phil in English. I have secured admission in
LCWU, Lahore.

It is therefore requested you to grant me STUDY LEAVE for a period of two years w.e.f 20th October,2014
to 19th October, 2016 with full pay , so that I can do M Phil in English. I have got NOC(copy attached). I
have already sent a request for study leave on 05/09/14 that is forwarded by Director Administration,
Mrs. Haleema Iqbal (copy attached).

It is a humble request. Kindly sanction my study leave as soon as possible so that I may submit my dues
for admission to M. Phil. I assure you that after completion of my degree in M.Phil, I will serve in your
institute as per university rule.
