I recommend option #2, target new customers, the company should make
not only lady fans, but also for the children and men. I think this is the best
option to solved all problems to reach the goal of the needed fund on the
internal requirements of the company. She will also gain profit, much
higher than she gaining as of now because it is only related in Lady Fans.
Identifying a target audience of consumers is among the crucial elements
for a business operator. Lack of audience target is too risky, you cant
realistically expect your business venture to survive. Owners who
successfully master to this plan have a better chance of convincing lenders
to support them.
