Purpose

It describes the standard operating procedure for handling light reformate sloping from CCR
Scope
This activity is carried out for Light reformate sloping from CCR , and keeping the line in venting condition
Precaution Proper communication to be done while keeping light reformate line in venting
Reference ARU operating Manual
Helmet, safety shoes, face shield, heat resistant gloves, H2S responder, duster coat/boiler suit
PPE’s & Special Tools

Environmental Impact There is chance for Over pressurization of light reformate line if venting is not available
Description While sloping light reformate from CCR. light reformate yield line to be keep in vented condition

Sloping of Light reformate due to 707/708 level high:

Light reformate to be sloped from CCR if tanks levels become 720 cm.
Inform CCR panel operator
After conformation from CCR [ sloping done ] . Close light reformate to

FSD and keep light reformate b/v to tanks in crack opened condition
Communicate to CCR panel operator and Tank farm panel operator

regarding this venting.
Closely monitor any tank level , in case of any tank level increase inform

CCR panel operator to check for any valve passing
