AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

WE, CESARIO A. DE VERA married to MARIA VENEFRIDA B. DE VERA,

NINA CZARINA V. CATUNGAL married to CHARLES M. CATUNGAL and
ROBERTO M. FRIALDE JR. married to JUVY O. FRIALDE all of legal ages,
Filipino citizens and residents of Guiguilonen, Mangaldan, Pangasinan under oath do
hereby depose and state:

1. That the land we sold to KRISTY ANN B. DE VERA described under TCT
No. 026-2016006175 with an area of 1,559 sq.m. more or less by virtue of
Deed of Sale under Doc. No. 159; Page No. 33 ;BookNo.13; Series 2019 dated
January 18, 2019 does not exceed five (5 ) hectares;

2. That the above subject portion of land is not worked by any tenant nor
agricultural lessee;

3. That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative

Order No. 1,Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that the land subject of the
above-mentioned transaction is within my retention limit not exceeding five (5)
hectares;

4. That we are executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
