I found this debate a tonic to read.

I am social worker who woke to eduaction

have currency at about 18 years, but ironically the more qualified I became the
more my managers feared me because knowldge is powerful. I remain humble
with my client group my learing is this remember titles are time limited, like
alleged power that comes with. Never think your better be humble accept that
when your on the top there is only way next thats down or side ways, find work
life balance remember be humble and always find moment each day to laugh
once you lost you its difficult to find you again work, family, friends, roof over
your head and money just have enough off it to get through life when you need
your friends and you will your qualifications is not what they wnat they want you.
Its a brief statment of knowledge people skills is what you need to have also
some you like some you won't and they stab you and hug so grow and be strong
enjoy your learning, life is amazing we all learn differntly just be humble enjoy
every moment and if ends just has quick it was there you did not fail you just
had another qualification of life and learning. Sorry I am dyslexic but still good to
write

I view successful academic qulifications as a

personal fullfilment, not a way to seek future,
because in reality ,not everyone use what they
learned at school at work.To be a successful person
requires many vitrues that can only be gained at
society.Don't count on it for successful life, but only
see it as a way to improve~

The government is keen for achievement of A'levels to be raised

because the expectations of the person is also raised -They then
want to go to university to continue this theme - this takes them off
the unemployment figures -the more students in universities and full
time higher education the less youth unemployment is recorded. I
have interviewed many granduates who have come to me to go on
'government training schemes' and their view of their position was
heartbreaking. They had got the degrees etc etc but still could not
find work because employers found that they were older than other
applicants (have gone to uni for 3 or so years), had no experience
and high expectations. They then came to me with their tails
between their legs as failures. I then had to boost their moral and
confidence and get them into placements and get them jobs. Another
problem I found is that they were classroom orientated and could not
cope with 9 - 5 in a work role and tried to return to the classroom

against me tu bill gates, dhiru bhai ambani, rajnikant.sachin tendulkar ka

example de sakta hai
baaki favour mein tu bol sakta hai ki ye sab log successful loga ka 2% bhi
nahi hai
sab log kismat lekar nahi paid hote
hence luck or destiny is a god's gift but man has to built upon his efforts
like rajat gupta..........
arhindham choudhary
albert eienstein
eintein
etc etc
sab bevkoof the but padh likh kar duniya daari ki ma chod rahe hai
aisa kuch bolna
and examples zyada zyada se dena
giving examples is good practise
but examples par crss question ho sakte hai
to jitna bole utna aache se padh kar jaana

rajat gupta is director of ISB hyderabad

ki to be sucessful one needs knowledge is true
but vision and innovation is thing upon which knowledge is applied
hence if a graduate from MIT misses vision and innovation he cant be successful
in life
