Shahi Garam Masala

Garam masala is a perfect blend of Indian spices. No non-vegetarian recipe is complete with this spice's
powder. Here is an easy way to make and store garam masala for future recipes also.
INGREDIENTS:
8-10 black Cardamoms
15-20 green Cardamoms
15-20 (1-inch pieces) Cinnamon
10 Cloves
1 Mace
1 Nutmeg
10-12 Black Peppercorns
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Coriander seeds

PREPERATION:
Roast all the ingredients lightly in a flat-bottomed pan.
Keep aside and let it cool.
Grind to a smooth fine powder.
Store in a dry airtight container.
