AXACT.Home - Customer Self Service

HOME / SMB Self Service MANAGEMENT

Support tasks requires management of end user’s device - when service is correctly established
but devices on LAN side are not being able to use the services properly due configuration
issues (e.g. WIFI settings)
AXACT.HOME transforms the device in a manageable one, providing use cases that can
improve the user experience.

The universe of these use cases are selected by the Operator,

and can include some of the following:

Collection of valuable information to be sent to support systems

WiFi settings verification/fixing

Device qualification (amount of RAM, OS version, etc.)

Cleaning (temp files, cookies, cache, history, etc.)

Execution of CLI commands (e.g. open browser in URL)

Axact.Home upgrades / updates

Third party applications install/uninstall

Multi-Tenancy Architecture
■ Virtualization Ready
■ Works on public/private cloud or even on-
premise deployments.
■ Each “tenant” is regarded as virtual AXESS.ACS
container.
■ Provides Isolation of device, operational services
and management.

■ Efficiency and ability to scale up as needed

■ Typically there are almost no new customization
required for each incremental customer, the cost
of on-boarding a new customer begins to
approach zero at full scale.
■ The system resources can scale up as the need
arises

■ Reduction in OPEX and complexity over the

product lifecycle
■ As core application upgrades can be applied to
all tenants by simply upgrading the single
instance of the application, the cost savings fall
directly to the bottom line.

■ Ease of administration and service

■ Having to monitor and administer just one
platform), Operator can deliver more efficient
and effective service and support, including
troubleshooting and problem resolution.
