About the official Moneybookers payment module for

Moneybookers is an all in one payments solution that enables a merchant to accept debit and
credit card payments, bank transfers and the largest range of local payments directly on your
website.

Information on integration of Moneybookers

Please note the following points before starting the installation of Moneybookers:

1. Create/ activate Moneybookers account:

https://www.moneybookers.com/partners/VirtueMart

2. Wait for your activation. You will be notified by e-mail.

3. Choose a secret word in your Moneybookers account under “Merchant Tools” and
then click on “confirm”. Note: this option is only available after activation. The
secret word is for additional security to protect your transactions.

4. Start Moneybookers installation in your VirtueMart software.

Moneybookers settings: Moneybookers secret word

After you have received confirmation of the activation, log into your account at
www.moneybookers.com. A new area called “Merchant tools” is now activated.
Select a secret word here that locks the payments.
1. Select “Merchant tools“
2. Select a secret word. This should be:
- max. 10 characters
- only small letters or numbers and no
special characters
- different to your password
3. Enter your secret word in the VirtueMart
administration

1. Please log into your VirtueMart shop

Administration and click on “Your
Online Store”

2. Choose “Store” and select “Add

Payment method”

1. In the section Payment Method Form select “Active”. Fill in “Payment Method
Name” e.g. “Credit Card” and “Code” (according to the directories in README.txt
from the module available at
www.moneybookers.com/partners/virtuemart/modulevirtuemarte.zip)
2. For all payment types select “ps_ moneybookers” in Payment class name and
“HTML-Form based” for Payment method type
3. Finally confirm by clicking “Apply”

1. Click on “Configuration ” tab

2. If you haven’t created Moneybookers account yet, please click on
the link provided

Each additional payment option will bring you more customers. With Moneybookers you will have no
additional cost, regardless of whether you integrate one or more payment options offered via
Moneybookers.

1. Enter your Moneybookers e-mail address

2. Enter your Secret Word
3. Enter your MB-Merchant ID
4. Select “Confirmed” for Order status for successful transactions,
“Pending ” for Order Status for Pending Payments and “Cancelled” for
Order Status for failed transactions

1. In the section “Payment Extra Info” copy all files according to the directories in
README.txt from the module available at
www.moneybookers.com/partners/virtuemart/modulevirtuemarte.zip
2. and click on “Save”
