What’s next after High School? Find out on Wednesday, February 27,
2019 at 10:00 AM in our school LIBRARY (Room 300). This is an important
meeting with guest speakers from ACCES-VR (formerly known as VESID: Vocational
& Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities). These speakers will discuss
the next step for your child after graduation.

ACCES-VR is a New York State agency that will provide services for your child
after he/she leaves us. They provide many services that include career/vocational
training, college support, and financial assistance.

Kindly make every effort to attend. Complete the tear-off below, and
return it to Ms. Stines (ISS secretary/Room 150), ASAP. We look forward
to meeting with you on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.

!! Reúnete con nosotros para que te enteres !! El Miercoles 27 de Febrero del

2019 a las 10:00 AM de la mañana, ven a la BIBLIOTECA (cuarto 300) de la escuela
y te daremos muchas opciones.

Esta reunion es muy importante, porque vendrán personas del programa

llamado ACCES-VR (antes conocido como VESID: Servicios Educacional y Vocacional
para Individuos con necesidades especiales) solicite para su hijo/a.

ACCES-VR es una escuela vocacional del estado de Nueva York que provée
servicios y estudios a jovenes despues que se gradúan de la escuela superior. Ellos
les proporcionan muchos servicios que incluyen carreras vocacionales,
entienamiento, apoyo en las univercidades y asistencia financier.

Por Favor, Padres hagan el esfuerzo de venir con sus hijos. Complete

We need to prepare an ACCES-VR (formerly known as VESID: Vocational &

Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities) file for your child. The
following documentation is needed to be eligible for ACCES-VR:

Copies of:
□ Social Security Card
□ Health Card
□ Proof of Income (last 2 pay stubs)
□ Proof of Address (Phone bill, Utilities bill)
□ Birth Certificate
□ Signed Information Release Authorization
□ Working Papers (if applicable)

Please bring copies of these documents with you on Wednesday,

February 27, 2019; in order to start the intake process.

◊ Prueba de ingreso monetario
(dos ultimos recibos de pago ó el ultimo [income tax) impuestos
◊ Prueba de dirección (Recibos de electricidad, gas, cable y/ó telefono)
◊ Certificado de nacimiento
◊ Carta firmada autorizando mirar información personal
◊ papeles de permiso de trabajo (de su hijo/a)

de Febrero 2019, de esta manera podremos empesar este proceso.
