To whom it may concern,

I, RICHIEL P. MORENO, Filipino, legal age and residing at 1700 A. Cruz St. Punta, Sta. Ana Manila, I am
previously employed with Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. (PTC) and with Stena Line. I have been
employed with PTC for almost Three and half (3 ½) years and I became loyal and diligent employee while
serving those fruitful years however due to unforeseeable events, I became part of an incident that tainted
my records with the company. Due to this, I am writing this letter to show my sincerest apologies regarding
the incident and I am humbly asking for forgiveness to the actions that I have done.

I hope that you can give me another chance to prove my worth and to show you that I regret the actions
that I made because it affects not just my employment and my career but also my family and my children.

I am hoping for your favorable consideration and for your forgiveness.
