The learners demonstrates an understanding of characteristics features of vocal music of


the romantic period.

LEARNING COMPETENCY:

The learner demonstrates an understanding of basic concepts and processes in music and
the arts through appreciation, analysis and performance for his/her self-development, celebration
of his/her Filipino cultural identity and diversity, expansion of his/her world vision.

I. OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the lesson, the students are able to:

a. Differentiate the composers of the romantic period.


b. Listen perceptively to selected art songs.
c. Appreciate the works of the romantic artists.
