    Dear Dra. Barrameda:

    Greetings!

    Relative to your Letter-Request, dated January 18, 2019, I am writing you as a reply for your
    request to work as part-time physician at one of the private clinics at Land Transportation Office
    (LTO) while being employed as a Medical Officer III at ZMDH.

    Your request is hereby granted provided that your practice as part-time physician in the said clinics
    will not be in conflict with your work schedule and responsibilities as a government physician.
