SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know All Men By These Presents:

I, ATTY. JUAN DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
123 ABC Street, Sampaloc, Manila do hereby APPOINT, NAME, DESIGNATE AND
CONSTITUTE MRS. JUANA DELA CRUZ, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen,
and a resident of 456 DEF Street, Mendiola, Manila as my true and legal representative
to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me and in my name, to do and perform
all or any of the following:

1. To represent me in the PROCESSING of DOCUMENTS pertaining to the

TRANSFER OF TAX DECLARATION No. 123456789, specifically covering a
parcel of land with an area of 17,122 square meters, more or less, and situated in
Barangay Dugong Bughaw, Rainbowville, Makulay City in the Registry of
Deeds of Bahaghari, Makulay City, as well as with the other concerned agencies of
the Government of the Republic of the Philippines; and

2. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s) and
paper(s) as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said document(s) from the
concerned agencies or offices in the Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts in
order to accomplish the aforesaid acts and deeds.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to

execute and perform the foregoing power and acts, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do it as if I was personally present.
