If the following (1) or (2) condition exists, the AML assumes that the boom full
retraction detector switch is faulty and displays the error message “Error: 0021”.
(1) The boom full retraction detector switch does not detect the fully retracted
state when the boom length detector input is 4.9 m or less.
(2) The boom full retraction detector switch detects the fully retracted state
when the boom length detector input is 5.7m or more.

When the overwind cutout disable switch is pressed in this
state, the relay output is shifted from OFF to ON and the
overwind cutout function is cancelled.
The crane operations except boom swing exceed the limit
while the working range limit is registered.
Crane operations beyond the limit are stopped.

When the moment is abnormal
When the actual load value calculated in the AML becomes
negative, the crane operation toward the critical side (main
winch hoist-up, auxiliary winch hoist-up, boom extension,

boom lowering or jib tilt lowering ) is stopped. However, the
operation does not stop while the boom is being stowed to the
traveling configuration.
When all the following conditions are satisfied, the AML
assumes that the boom is in process of the stowage to the
traveling configuration.

(1) Boom angle is 2°or less.

(3) The swing position is within 10° in over-front area.

Relay OFF (DC0V): 2nd and 3rd boom sections extend or retract.

Signal name: HOOK-IN control relay output
When the HOOK-IN operation is performed, this relay contact turns ON,
automatic stop 1 (AML vent) relay output RLY1 turns OFF, and the pressure in
the winch hydraulic circuit drops.
Relay ON (DC24V): The pressure in the winch hydraulic circuit drops.
Relay OFF (DC0V): The pressure in the winch hydraulic circuit is normal.
When all the following conditions are satisfied, the AML assumes that the
HOOK-IN operation is performed.

(2) Boom lift or single top lift status is registered in the AML.

Current controlled by the AML is output from the AML to the right swing
proportional control valve when the right swing is stopped by automatic swing
stop. However, in the following conditions, the automatic swing stop does not
activate.
(1) Swing stop/override switch is set to “OVERRIDE”.
(2) Outriggers are not extended.
(3) AML emergency switch is set to “Emergency” and the PTO switch is set to
“OVERRIDE”.

Crane condition that causes the automatic swing stop
The moment ratio exceeds 100% due to right swing while the extension widths
of four outriggers are different.
The moment ratio reaches 90% or more (not 100%) while the boom lift with the
jib mounted is performed.
When the jib set pin is out of inserted condition, the AML assumes that the jib is
mounted.
The crane operation exceeds the right swing limit when the swing stop limit is
registered.
Signal name: Ground terminal for right swing proportional control valve

Current controlled by the AML is output from the AML to the left swing
proportional control valve when the left swing is stopped by automatic swing
