HSP A51 Mk IB
Hydraulic high pressure pump for Swellex® rockbolts
Hydraulic Swellex® pump HSP A51 Mk IB is a
fast and quiet, high pressure water pump. It has an
hydraulically driven axial 5-plunger pump for up to
300 bar installation pressure. The pump is of the
Speck A51-type which has under a number of years
proved to have a very long service life with low spare
parts consumption.
This pump is especially suited for tunneling and
mining where high productivity is at premium. A 6.00
meter long Super Swellex bolt is expanded in ap-
proximately 40 seconds. In an application in which
Standard Swellex 2.4 meter bolts are used excep-
tional productivity can be reached since the bolt is
expanded in approximately 10 seconds.
When buying a new drill rig (with a service platform)
or a bolting unit, the hydraulic HSP A51 pump can be
mounted on the rig already in the factory. But, there
are also complete kits for installation on existing rigs.
