Scope of Work
April 4, 2018

The following SOW outlines the services required for Jack Morton to fabricate and install elements for the Western New York Welcome Center.
This SOW was based upon the Design Renderings issued 3/26/18

Fabrication
Estimated Cost
1. Artifact Wall $ 43,798
a. 1, Large (4'-0" x 8'-0".), 4, Medium (3'-0" x 4'-0"), 2, Small (3'-0" x 2'-0") display boxes;
20" deep display boxes for Artifacts (provided by others) with wood laminate finish and
white laminate finish inside, LED puck lights, shelves, and removable faces with
tempered glass; wall finish material surrounding boxes provided and installed by
General contractor; GC to provide outlets
b. Description graphic is printed SAV applied to glass
c. Sizes will be based on final build drawing upon confirmation of artifacts and sizes.
Artifact box sizes must be confirmed 6 weeks prior to installation allowing for 4 weeks
to build. Boxes will be built to final shop drawing provided by Jack Morton Worldwide
and approved by ESD prior to construction of boxes begins
d. Dimensional metal lettering signage on wood backer above artifact boxes
e. Glass breakage alarm provided by others

a. Includes printed SAV graphics applied to wall header above shelving on right wall and
header back wall , contractor to provide level 4 drywall finish with eggshell paint

Your approval below will allow us to commence work for this project. If the project is cancelled at any time during the course of development and production, we will require payment
for all services rendered, including staff fees, expenses, and any cancellation fees for any services contracted on your behalf.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:


• This scope of work is governed by the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement dated May 6, 2016.

• This preliminary estimate will be updated once final design drawings are approved and final scope determined.

• All costs & time will be billed as Actual unless noted as "Fixed Cost" for Fabrication tems

• Jack Morton warranties it's workmanship for a period of 90 days following a formal Hand Off meeting to the WC owner. Standard manufacture warranties apply for AV equipment.
Any service required after the 90 day period will be billed back for cost of time and materials.
