I will talk about the influential person who touches upon the heart of the UAE society and

the exemplary example of it, and everyone agreed to his love for his humanitarian

initiatives and work for the country and citizen needs. With proud and love I can say he is

Mohammed bin zayeed. He is the crown prince of Abu Dhabi and he was born in Alain on

11 March 1961. His full name is Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan bin Zayed bin

Khalifa bin Shakhbout bin Theyab bin Issa bin Nahyan bin Falah bin Yas. He is the third

son of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, founding President of the UAE. And

his mother is Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak. Currently, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed

bin Zayed holds the following positions: 1-Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. 2-Chairman of the

Executive Council. 3-Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. 4-Chairman

of Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC). 5-Chairman of Mubadala Development

Company. 6-Chairman of UAE Offset Program Bureau (OPB). What is more he is also a

member of the Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC) and the Abu Dhabi Investment

Authority (ADIA). Both bodies are under the chairmanship of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al

Nahyan, President of the UAE (The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, 2019). The main reason of

choosing Mohammed Bin Zayed to be a my leadership because of how much I love him and

he has the good leader qualities such as: Works hard to improve the quality of life of the

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayeed is one of the leaders who has the high leadership quality.

There are some of quality that let me to be inspired in him. For instance, he is the First

supporter of women and he encourages the women to be in the first places around the

world. Moreover, he is humility side that let people to love him and feel as their father. For

example, he took time to thank the construction workers who helped build louvre Abu

Dhabi. In addition, we hear much more on the T.V, radio and our phones about his

humility roles and it touches our heart. Furthermore, he is always trying hard to make the

nation happier and comfortable by solving their problems and needs so that’s why we are

the happiest nation.

Mohammed Bin Zayed is a school of leadership and giving that other could take it as

example to follow. The special value that he is so loyal and love his country and citizen, he

works as citizen that protect his country from the danger. According to what Sheikh

Mohammed bin Rashid said “Only a few know that Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed works 18

hours a day for the UAE, Only a few people know that his annual holiday is less than a

week, Only a few people know that millions of children around the world benefit from his

goodness and giving that he provides quietly.” (From Mohammed, we learn values of giving,

says Mohamed bin Zayed, 2018)

There are some similarities that I learned from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed which is to

be a leader. For instance, I am the biggest sister and a mother so this quality is a must to

control my life. On the other hand, there are some qualities I aim to have on me in the

future. For example, to work more hard and challenge the difficulties come on my life and

be in the good first places.
