Terms and Conditions:

1. Service taxes are applicable on standard installation charges and additional

installation. The prices are subject to change & the prices prevailing at the time of
delivery shall be charged.
2. Purchase order and Payment in favor of Everest Airconditioning.
3. Terms of Payment: 100%.
4. Delivery: 3 to 4 days after confirmation.
5. Warranty: Comprehensive warranty of 1 year and an additional warranty of 4 years
on Rotary compressor and 2 yrs on inverter compressor.
6. During the warranty period, service shall be provided quarterly. After the warranty
period, your air-conditioner could be serviced & maintained under a
Comprehensive or an Ordinary Service Contract by an authorized dealer.
7. Exclusions: Our above offer is exclusive of the following:
i. Necessary Electrical Outlet.
ii. All civil, carpentry, painting, masonry, ducting, acoustic work including false
ceiling and making openings in the wall and making them good.
iii. Special decorative casing/s, grill/s.
iv. Any other item or work or services not specified above.
