Dear Scholarship Committee:

Hello, my name is Laisha Davalos, I am writing to apply for a scholarship in a field of technology.
Currently, my field of study makes me interested in enrolling to Construction & Technology. For the
reason that technology really grabs my attention.

Ever since I used electronic devices I’ve been captivated by the way technology works and how it makes
a difference. My plans for the future aren’t that put together, but I sure want to explore the field of
technology. I believe I belong to a technology campus because I feel very comfortable working with it. At
a very young age I always have admired the way people show their creativity on creating apps,
programs, and other things such as Google.

Fortunately, due to my responsibility and commitment to school, I’ve never had a GPA lower than a 3.0.
I have an enrollment with CTY and joined sports since I was in middle school. Even though there can be
tough times at school, I try to see the bright side and just enjoy it. I truly hope you’ll consider on offering
me a scholarship, thank you.
