“Amiga” is a privately owned family company, founded in 1990, which employs about 600 workers and
has about 20.000m ² of production space in the area of about 6 ha in Kraljevo.

A) The main activities

i) Production
− of poles for public lighting: classic tubular stepped, decorative, round conical and conical polygonal in
one piece up to 16m and floodlight poles from multiple steps of up to 65m-only manufacturer in the
country and surrounding countries;
− of towers for mobile telephone networks and transmission lines;
− of tram, train and trolleybus poles, then poles for road signs for construction of contact and other
networks;
− of distribution and command cabinets;
− of specific steel lattice structures of large span and special requirements: sports halls, stadiums, factory
and production facilities, refrigerators, cement plants, thermal plants, and other facilities;
ii) Construction
− of all types of specific objects in difficult terrains: base stations for mobile telephony networks,
transmission lines, substations, chair-lifts and installation of artificial snow;
− of civil engineering and building facilities;
− performance of construction works, building-craft works, electro works and works on the assembly of
steel, concrete and others structures;
− ereconstruction and upgrading of all types of demanding steel structures and devices;
− all types of complex objects related primarily to our own production;
− complete objects per "turnkey" or system of engineering.

B) Standards, certificates and licences

“Amiga” has all European standards: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 3834-3 for welding, OHSAS
18001:2007, CE mark in accordance with the standards from the group EN 40-5:2002 and EN 40-6:2002, as
well as EN-1090-3 and certificate GOST-R for Russian market since 2012, then SRPS ISO EN 1461 and EN
ISO 14 713 for galvanizing that allows placement of products in the European Union and in other parts of
world.
"Amiga" has 10 "major licenses" for works in various fields in accordance with permits issued by the
competent Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia, it employs over 60 engineers of
various specialties, of which over 40 have personal licenses in accordance with regulations prescribed by the
Serbian Chamber of Engineers and the international welding engineers in accordance with ISO 3834-3. Amiga
has a skilled workforce of all kinds, with emphasis placed on self-directed training, especially when it comes to
structural fitters for work at height, welders, construction machinery operators and training in the field of OSH
and the application of procedure of adopted standards.

C) Technical equipment
i) Production
Production plants are equipped with state-of-art CNC machines from which the most significant are:
cutting of metal with plasma up to 50mm thickness and gas up to 300mm thickness with dimension of the work
table 19x3.1m, plasma with dimensions 8x2m to 25mm, then the laser with dimensions 19x3.1m up to 15mm,
the lines for folding: tandem press 1400t, 14m to 16mm thickness, 800t, 16m up to 6 mm thickness and 1320t,
13.2m up to 20mm thickness, CNC machines for processing sections dimensions 600x410mm, L=14m and
150x150mm L = 14m, robots for cutting and processing thick-wall tubes up to Ø 600mm 12m long and welding
of the flanges on them, automatic line for sandblasting and painting, automatic lines for the longitudinal welding
of poles, and others.
Annual manufacturing and construction capacity of 30000-40000 of all kinds of poles, then more than
10,000 t of steel structures and a large number of buildings with different purposes, classifies us, per economic
criteria, in group of the leading companies in Serbia per total revenues, which in the year 2011 amounted to
around € 35 million, in 2012 around € 30 million and realized export of around € 8 million per year.
ii) Construction
Within the sector of Construction and WU Transport we have at our disposal 150 working machines from
which we emphasize: cranes 30t, 35t, 55t and 100t, excavators 8t, 14t, 16t and 21T, bulldozers 90, 110 and
220, tippers and tow-trucks, low-carrying trailers, concrete mixers, auto-platforms for installers, and others.

D) References
„Amiga“ managed to place its products to the markets of: Greece, Holland, Denmark, Finland, Norway,
Uganda, Angola, Gabon, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Albania. The negotiations are in progress for Algeria,
South Africa, Libya, etc. We emphasize the implementation related to the manufacture, supply and installation
of complete steel structure for cement plant in Kaluga-Russia in collaboration with an Italian company.
In the field of manufacturing and construction there are a few important references which include:
covering of the football stadium in Gabon for the CAN 2012, carried out in 2010/2011, then the reconstruction
and construction of facilities for FIAT in Serbia in 2010/2011/2012 and construction of a large number of power
plants for EMS and EPS such as the first phase of TS 400/110 kV Belgrade 20 in Mirijevo, then TS 110/35 kV
Neresnica and upgrade of TS 110/35 kV Krnjača, in progress is the implementation of TS Vranje 4 400/110kV.
According to requirements of the company U.S. Steel we produced coke feeder with total weight of about 65t,
and the span of about 65m. From sports facilities we would like to mention: football stadium Metalac Gornji
Milanovac - 5000 seats, per "turnkey" system, Sports hall in Kraljevo -3500 seats, Sports hall Zrenjanin-steel
structure-2800 seats, Sports hall Leposavić-1300 seats, lighting the football stadium of FC "Jagodina" in
Jagodina, FC "Borac" in Čačak FC "Čukarički" in Belgrade, facilities of sports center "Gale Muškatirović" in
Belgrade, House of Football in Stara Pazova and Stadium of Football Association of Montenegro in Podgorica.
We have also built a farm for fattening broilers, per "turnkey" system - 22000m ² for "Vindija", The Republic of
Croatia, then upgrade of the poultry butchery in Plandište for the same Investor, covering of the archeological
site Lepenski Vir, building an airport traffic control in Ladjevci near Kraljevo, upgrading the Airport "Nikola
Tesla" Belgrade, customs complex in Kraljevo, and electrical installation works in 5 star hotels "Tornik" on
Zlatibor, "Izvor" in Arandjelovac, and "Sloboda" in Šabac, facility „Kronospan“ in Lapovo, reconstruction of the
cement plant „Holcim“ in Popovac, and several other facilities. We emphasize that we have performed a
number of specific objects in difficult terrain such as chair- lifts Duboka 1, Duboka 2 and Krst on Kopaonik,
Tornik on Zlatibor, Nova Varoš, Divčibare, and the first gondola in Serbia on Stara Planina, and over 500 base
stations for mobile phones for all three Serbian operators including production of poles and all works per
"turnkey" system.

E) Awards
Amiga has won numerous prestigious awards of which we would like to mention "Captain Misa
Anastasijevic" in 2008, the award of SIEPA - "Exporter of the Year 2010" in the category of corporate social
responsibility, Serbian Chamber of Commerce Award in 2011 and we especially emphasize we received
significant award for continuous improvement of the quality of business “Quality Crown” awarded by Business
Initiative Directions in London at the end of 2012, as well as the award „The best choose the best 2013“,
International award for quality Star ( ISAQ) in Geneva in 2013, the National award for business excellence and
strategy in business "Oscar for quality" for the year 2013, and many others.
