AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, DRA. LEA C. CATAN, of legal age, single, Filipino with residence at Blk 9 Lot 7
Baras, Palo, Leyte after having been sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and
state that:

1. I am the daughter of Mrs. Aurea C. Cebrano and that we will be travelling to

China;

2. We will be departing Philippines on March 8, 2019 and will return in

Philippines on March 13, 2019 via Air Asia;

3. I hereby undertake to cover all the expenses that me and my mother may incur
during our stay in China;

4. This affidavit is being executed to support my request for our travel visa from
the Chinese Embassy;

5. I am executing this undertaking to attest to the truth of the foregoing.
