A TRIBUT TO MOTHER

Assalamualikum Wr.Wb.
First,allow me to extend my gratitude to Allah SWT ,the most high,the most great,and the one who
sustains and protects us on every single,seconds of our live. Peace and blessigs be upon the
prophet of mercy,Muhammad SAW,who was sent by god as a mercy and guide to the words.
A warm welcome to you all!!! Hope you all are doing well and are happy to great this occasion.
Today,we are gathered here to salute the most lovable and important person in our lives-mother?
Without her,anyone of us could have not been here.
A mother feeds her children with herown blood in the womb and does a lot of sacrif ices to raise
her children. A mother sincerely takes so much pain and labor just just to bring us into this
beautiful world. A mother forgets about all her paint just to see the happiness on the face of their
children.
A mother’s love for her child is like nothing else in the world. No love can exceed or even match
the love of a mother for her child. Mother is the epitome of love,sacrifice and strength.
In islam, a mother even is given a special status by his messenger saying,”Paradise lies under the
feet of mother’s” so,she must be the one who is the most beloved and respected person to a
muslim,after Allah and his messenger.
With all the things and sacrifices she has done,it is reasonable that Allah commands us to be good
to our mothers. He ordered us to look after them even more when they are old and weak. He
taught us to be gentle to our mothers and speak to them in anice manner. He also told us to
supplicate to him for our mothers with this prayer,”Rabbir-hamhumakamrabayanisaghirah”
(Allah,have mercy upon my parents,the way they had mercy upon me when I wash young).
The drophet Muhammad SAW has also ordered us to be good to our mothers,he has told us about
the great rewards for that person who is good to his mother. He has described the mother as being
a door of paradise. He has also warned us of severe punishments for that person who is
disobedient to the mother.
How hard we try,we can never repay our mother for what they have done for us. How ever,we can
at least try,and also ask Allah to ask Allah to bless our parents,to forgive them,to have mercy upon
them,and to assist us in full filing our duties towards them.
Our mother are indeed a great blessing from Allah,we should appreciate this blessing as much as
we can. Whilst our mothers are alive,we still have a golden apportunity to threat her in the best
our ability.

I respect the Headmaster,that I respect you and friend who are blessed by Allah SWT.
First of all let us offer give thanks to Allah SWT for His blessings,mercy and guidance we can gather
in this place and still be given health to this day.
Salution and greetings also do not forget to always be poured out on the lord of the Prophet
Muhammad SAW because of his guidance we can be on the bright path of islam. Here I will convey
a little about the health of our body.
Health is indeed something that is very expensive to be able to feel because when our health will
begin to be problematic,the medical expenses must also be expended large enough,of course.
Surely we have often heard the term better prevent than cure.
This is true because by forming a healthier lifestyle,we do not ned to spend more money on
treatmen steps.
Bassicaly we are not difficult to get a body that is always healthy and fit. This depends on how
much we want to stay healthy and improve bad habits.
Reflecting on the healthy community movement,there are three major steps,such as physical
activity,consumption of fruits and vegetables and health checks. Then I will review one by one
about the three basic principles of a healthy community movement or also called GERMAS.
Ladies and Gentleman,
Doing physical activity is not always for heavy exercise. But you can increase physical activity such
as walking,gardening and other activities for at least 30 minutes a day. Not only is it used to burn
calories in the body but also to maintain your body’s fitness.
Doing light but regular physical activity wil certainly have a better effect than you are heavy but
irregular exercise. So that it starts to get used to increasing physical activity rather than just
standing still and moving statically.
The seconds principle is the consumption of fruits and vegetables according to the needs of the
body every day.The function of consuming fruits and vegetables is to meet the needs of fiber in the
body,besides we will also get the intake of other nutrients such as vitamins and minerals contained
in them.
The function of the fiber itself in addition to facilitating the digestive process can also regulate
blood sugar levels,control cholesterol to provide a feelingbof fullness longer. So that the process of
digestion and absorption of nutrients in the body will also be maximized with the proper
consumption of fiber.
Ladies and gentleman, the last principle is a health check every 6 months.This is very important to
do so we know earlier if there is a development of certain diseases in the body.Especially if there is
a development of dangerous diseases such as cancer,it will prevent early growth.
Overcoming the disease as early as possible will certainly increase the percentage of the possibility
of a greater recovery.This will be benfical because you don’t need to feel an extraordinary disease.
A few speeches about health from me,hopefully we will be given health and always protected
whenever and wherever.
