I don’t think that specialization is inherently wrong or damaging. If you want

the best work to be done, you have to have that work done by experienced
people. And this means you have to have a measure of specialization. If you
want a new roof [covering] on your house, you'd prefer to have it done by
somebody who'd put on a roof before. And so specialization is, in that sense,
practical. But if the specialist is specialized to such a degree that he or she can't
speak to colleagues in another field, or can't look as a citizen and a neighbour at

Permanent Innovation
Innovation is the process of creating new ideas and turning them into new
business value.
Permanent Innovation is the process of doing it continuously, as a matter of

strategy, method, and habit. It happens in organizations that embrace
innovation as a core value, practice innovation as a core methodology, and
produce innovation as a consistent output [production]. Permanent Innovation
is thus a strategic and human process much more than a technological one, and
we achieve excellence at it through thoughtful [precise] repetition of the right
methods.

The notion of permanent innovation may at first be startling [surprising], and it

may even seem to be a contradiction, in that the concept of permanence implies
stability and the absence of change, while the concept of innovation implies
constancy of change and novelty. Combining these two, however, yields
[produces] an important synthesis, the practice of innovation not as an
occasional occurrence, but as a repeating process of value creation and
organizational adaptation.
Permanent innovation thus contrasts with random [arbitrary], intermittent, or

one-shot innovation processes, none of which are sufficient for today’s markets,
and none of which are the basis for the excellence we aspire to. In these times of
accelerating change and increasing competition, Permanent Innovation with a
focus on the human dimensions of innovation is an absolute necessity, and in
fact its principles are contributing significantly to the success of leading
companies around the world.

Know the Project: Books of English, from English 1 to 5, for all

the CBTIS of the United Mexican States.
The Students can do the organization as they like it; but

absolutely, the Responses are written by hand, and the Works
are Presented by Groups with a Maximum of 5 persons.
«I formulated a project for the CBTIS (Technological Industrial and of Services Center of
Bachelor Degree) 107 of Tuxtepec, Oaxaca, México consisting in giving to the Library of this
Institution with five volumes of English language, of my authorship. A book for each semester,
from the first English book to fifth English book (according to the plan of studies in this regard
of the CBTIS). At no cost to the Institution, because this is a donation (in the staff, I solve my
expenses of the project with income of my employment as a professor that I would be in this
CBTIS).
One of the major advantages of this project is to solve the need of the student of
spending in books of English language because the books will be at your complete disposal into
the student community in the Library of the institution.
Afterward, in an immediate subsequent phase of this project is that among the student
community of this CBTIS and all the CBTIS of the United Mexican States will have these 5
volumes of English language by means of a page of Google; read it, neither cost nor restriction
to obtain them.
Well, as a last note, I must say that these books will have the format of 'workbook'.
