Art is not the possession of the few who are recognized writers, painters,
musicians; it is the authentic expression of any and all individuality. Those who
have the gift of creative expression in unusually large measure disclose [reveal]
the meaning of the individuality of others to those others. In participating in the
work of art, they become artists in their activity. They learn to know and honor
individuality in whatever form it appears. The fountains [cascades] of creative
activity are discovered and released. The free individuality which is the source
of art is also the final source of creative development in time.

I don’t think that specialization is inherently wrong or damaging. If you want

the best work to be done, you have to have that work done by experienced
people. And this means you have to have a measure of specialization. If you
want a new roof [covering] on your house, you'd prefer to have it done by
somebody who'd put on a roof before. And so specialization is, in that sense,
practical. But if the specialist is specialized to such a degree that he or she can't
speak to colleagues in another field, or can't look as a citizen and a neighbour at
his or her specialty and judge it according to what it is doing to people and to
places, then that's too much specialization. It oughtn't stop people from asking
responsible questions that arise from [derive from] citizenship and local loyalty.

Wendell Berry

By the advances of science. By the willingness, for example, of agricultural

science to apply the products of genetic engineering on a huge scale without
adequate debate, or experimentation, or foresight [safeguard], or respect for
local conditions and the integrity of local ecosystems. Yes, I think that's
threatening. And political power tends to operate in the same way. I am for a
kind of scientific and political forbearance [self-control] that allows a just and
reasonable measure of individual and local self-determination.

Wendell Berry

Leadership of 100 and 5 Stars -- 02 – Ed. 2.0

Well there's no question, in my mind, about that. If we are scientists, and we

assume that we can simply pursue our specialty in a laboratory or a university,
and that our work will inevitably have good results, then we're involved, it
seems to me, in great personal confusion and possibly in great danger. And the
modern history of science alerts us to that possibility. If you pursue nuclear
physics, for instance, with the assumption that your only obligation is to your
science, then you may have to deal ultimately with very tragic and very
disturbing results. And we know that that has happened. I think the same thing
is true of other sciences that become interesting to wealth and power. We can't
simply throw it out [eject it] there with the assumption that some kind of
benevolent whirlwind [tornado] will direct it only to desirable ends. So yes, it's
possible to pursue science in a destructive way, but then, if course, it's possible
to pursue any discipline in a destructive way.

Wendell Berry

A great discovery is a fact whose appearance in science gives rise to shining

ideas, whose light dispels many obscurities and shows us new paths.

Bernard, Claude

Imagination, as well as reason, is necessary to perfection in the philosophical

mind. A rapidity of combination, a power of perceiving analogies, and of

Let it be remembered that there are, in every discovery, two accidents; the
accident of meeting with the fact connected with the discovery, and the accident
of possessing an ingenious [inventive], and, in most cases, a great mind to take
advantage of the fact.

Epps, John

Science emerges from the other progressive activities of man to the extent that
new concepts arise from experiments and observations, and that the new
concepts in turn lead to further [promote] experiments and observations.

James B. Conant

Scientific research is one of the most exciting and rewarding [remunerating] of

occupations. It is like a voyage of discovery into unknown lands, seeking not
for new territory but for new knowledge. It should appeal to those with a good
sense of adventure.

Frederick Sanger

Sometimes progress is slow. But then there does come a time when a lot of
people accept a new idea and see ways in which it can be exploited. And
because of the larger number of workers in the field, progress becomes rapid.
That is what happened with the study of protein structure.

Knowledge Management - Important concepts in knowledge management

include domains, i.e., fields of related concepts and terms, and ontologies, i.e.,
structures (typically hierarchies or networks) of interrelated terms for things,
concepts, relationships, etc. in a given domain.

Felix Weigel.

Knowledge Management - A relatively new concept in which an enterprise

consciously gathers and shares its knowledge to further [promote] its goals.
Some components of knowledge management include data mining and data
warehousing (Data Mining: The analysis data for relationships that have not
previously been discovered. For example, the revenues [profits] for a particular
entrée [entrance] in a restaurant could, if related to other menu-item data, reveal
a correlation between the purchases of a particular dessert with that menu-item.
Data Warehouse: A centralized repository of operations and transaction
information that is captured from diverse sources and is typically housed
[contained] on a large-scale server).

Knowledge Management - types of KM initiatives

Sveiby (2001) developed a three-part framework for that goal.

1. External structure initiatives (e.g., gain knowledge from customers …).

2. Internal structure initiatives (e.g., build a knowledge-sharing culture,

create new revenues [profits] from existing knowledge, capture the
individual’s tacit [unspoken] knowledge, store it, spread it, and reuse it,
and measure knowledge-creating processes and intangible assets
[resources] produced).

3. Competence initiatives (e.g., create careers based on KM, create

microenvironments for knowledge transfer, and learn from simulations
and pilot projects).

Permanent Innovation

Innovation is the process of creating new ideas and turning them into new
business value.

Permanent Innovation is the process of doing it continuously, as a matter of

strategy, method, and habit. It happens in organizations that embrace
innovation as a core value, practice innovation as a core methodology, and
produce innovation as a consistent output [production]. Permanent Innovation
is thus a strategic and human process much more than a technological one, and
we achieve excellence at it through thoughtful [precise] repetition of the right
methods.

Go to: https://sites.google.com/site/mcenriqueruizdiaz/ Página 14 de 29

Leadership of 100 and 5 Stars -- 02 – Ed. 2.0

The notion of permanent innovation may at first be startling [surprising], and it

may even seem to be a contradiction, in that the concept of permanence implies
stability and the absence of change, while the concept of innovation implies
constancy of change and novelty. Combining these two, however, yields
[produces] an important synthesis, the practice of innovation not as an
occasional occurrence, but as a repeating process of value creation and
organizational adaptation.

Permanent innovation thus contrasts with random [arbitrary], intermittent, or

one-shot innovation processes, none of which are sufficient for today’s markets,
and none of which are the basis for the excellence we aspire to. In these times of
accelerating change and increasing competition, Permanent Innovation with a
focus on the human dimensions of innovation is an absolute necessity, and in
fact its principles are contributing significantly to the success of leading
companies around the world.

How does my person observe the importance of writer in the field of Religion –
Astral?. Well, Chris Yapp communicates ‘We all want to make our
organizations more innovative through radical creativity, and we are all
interested in new metaphors [allegories]. Yet there is also a need for a shift in
the organizational logics which sometimes narrow [reduce] the field of enquiry
[investigation]’.

M.C. Enrique Ruiz Díaz

Innovation is not about a few high-profile, high-tech, sectors of the economy; it

is about every part of the economy and the need to be smarter in everything we
do. Its importance to our economic future development does not mean that we
have to turn every business into a mini-University. Rather, it means that we
must apply, in new and changing ways, new technologies, and new types of
work organization and be constantly open to new skills and ideas.

An entrepreneurial reward philosophy - The reward philosophy of an

entrepreneurially managed firm reflects interest in creating and harvesting
wealth (value) and thus is oriented toward compensations based on how
individuals contribute to value creation in pursuing opportunities. The
entrepreneurial management structure makes it possible to reward or evaluate
employees based on their own individual performance and accountability
[responsibility]. Under an entrepreneurial reward philosophy, employees are
encouraged to explore potential opportunities, thus developing higher levels of
commitment and trust within the firm (Bradley, Wiklund & Shepherd, 2011). In
contrast, under a less entrepreneurial reward philosophy, rewards are based on
the amount of resources under the individual's control, on hierarchy, and on
seniority [superiority]. Such a reward philosophy will undermine [demoralize]
the pursuit of opportunities, since the individuals who control resources tend
to limit the usage [running] of these resources to pursue any opportunities
under uncertainty [hesitation].

Four-I model For Business

There is an easy four-part model to help us think about the way creative thought
and action are turned into a business. Each of the model’s elements begins with
the letter I, so, this is known as the Four-I model. The four parts are:

1. Imagination—the creative act of originality.

2. Incubation—the time period between the point at which the

entrepreneur gets the idea and the time when the breakthrough
[innovation] is discovered.

3. Illumination—the point at which the entrepreneur is able to see how the

idea can be turned into a profitable business.

4. Implementation—the transformation of the idea and concept into a

physical reality.

2 Os transmito un saber excelente, | no abandonéis mi enseñanza.

3 También yo fui un hijo para mi padre, | querido cual unigénito para mi madre;

Know the Project: Books of English, from English 1 to 5, for all

the CBTIS of the United Mexican States.

The Students can do the organization as they like it; but

absolutely, the Responses are written by hand, and the Works
are Presented by Groups with a Maximum of 5 persons.

«I formulated a project for the CBTIS (Technological Industrial and of Services Center of
Bachelor Degree) 107 of Tuxtepec, Oaxaca, México consisting in giving to the Library of this
Institution with five volumes of English language, of my authorship. A book for each semester,
from the first English book to fifth English book (according to the plan of studies in this regard
of the CBTIS). At no cost to the Institution, because this is a donation (in the staff, I solve my
expenses of the project with income of my employment as a professor that I would be in this
CBTIS).
One of the major advantages of this project is to solve the need of the student of
spending in books of English language because the books will be at your complete disposal into
the student community in the Library of the institution.
Afterward, in an immediate subsequent phase of this project is that among the student
community of this CBTIS and all the CBTIS of the United Mexican States will have these 5
volumes of English language by means of a page of Google; read it, neither cost nor restriction
to obtain them.
Well, as a last note, I must say that these books will have the format of 'workbook'.
This, as an intelligent work with foundations and then their respective exercises to resolve, into
a concurrent process». M.C. Enrique Ruiz Díaz.
