Yes, I worked in a leading construction Company here in Egypt called Astron Steel,
specialized at Steel Structure and Plate works construction
3) If you are given the opportunity to work with this company what new developments do
you think you can implement for its full growth and expansion?
I fully believe that my experience at fabrication of Steel structures, Plate works, Static
equipment, Pressure vessels, and Tanks, My skills in applying theoretical knowledge into
practical fields, and analytical thinking would aid in the development of the organization.
4) What will be your main objectives and your goals for this company?
My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take
on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much value as possible to the team.
5) How is your personal relationship with other workers at job site?
It is excellent and was built on respect, appreciation, and love. In fact, we communicate
effectively to maintain and ensure the efficiency of fabrication and erection processes.
6) What do you consider to be your weaknesses?
I have always been a very detail oriented person and this has been a strength of mine in
many academic and work environments. On the other hand, I’ve realized that being so
detail oriented takes a lot of time and is not always required to do a good job.

I will travel alone.

SCG priorities for ethics, teamwork, and effectiveness match my own. What's most
important to me is finding a place where individuals want to work together, as a true
team. I see that reflected here. The match of what you need with what I can do is clear,
and the additional benefit of having the same values and community interests lead me to
want to be here more than anywhere else.

I have worked in many types of environments and enjoyed learning new things from
each. I would say that while I don’t have a preference for a particular environment, I
really like working with people who are committed to getting things done and who are
passionate about their work.

I will continue looking in this field for another position that will fit my schedule and goal.

No, I`m not. My contract with the last company was expired on 30 July 2018.
14) What is your greatest professional achievement?
My Greatest achievement is leading a group of professional and highly qualified
Construction team to finish all the submitted steel fabrication and erection works at
Alexandria Carbon black project by deadline and within budget.
15) How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?
Pressure is very important to me. Good pressure, such as having a lot of assignments to
work on, or an upcoming deadline, helps me to stay motivated and productive. Of course,
there are times when too much pressure can lead to stress; however, I am very skilled at
balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, which prevents me from feeling
stressed often.
16) What do you like to do outside of work?
Thanks for asking! I love to practice sport, for instance, football and swimming, going
shopping, and reading.

 17) Our current and only high paying project remaining is the completion of a National
Football Stadium (the President’s Stadium) in the Republic of CAMEROON, to host the
2019 African Cup of Nations Tournament Competition and, the rehabilitation and
renovation of already existing stadium in the country, in preparation for the upcoming
competition in 2019. This is a one year+ contract expected to begin by the
20/08/2018.The time for execution of the project is limited and we need skilled and
experienced workers as soon as possible to meet up with time. Secondly, while working
with the Shanghai Construction team in Cameroon, the company will update you with the
new contract opportunities available. You can renew your contract immediately this one
expires. The working environment and working conditions for all our employees in
Cameroon are the same with the working environment and conditions for all SCG
