FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY

My functional job duties have included coordinating schedules and calendar


maintenance; primary coordination of special committee assignments, events,
and travel arrangements for administrator and executive staff; assembling
agendas and minutes for Executive Cabinet Level and Governing Body
meetings; acting as primary communicator for employees, students, parents,
patients, donors and community members with concerns and issues; create and
disseminate job processes, maintain timekeeping, and supervise, discipline and
evaluate subordinates; and maintain budget for department, as well as, a large
high school. In addition, I have been the primary coordinator on many large
projects, including revamping the layout of the University’s Academic Plan,
updating Governing Board Policy Manuals and Administrative Management
Guidelines. I have created and facilitated professional development sessions,
organizational communications and meetings, as well as maintained the website
and social media outlets for departments, schools, and the organization, as well
as assisted in the creation of a web-based portal for administrators and
governing board members.
