Exercise Classes—All classes are free unless otherwise stated. You must have a Physician Release Form on file and have
completed our fitness orientation to attend fitness/dance classes or use the fitness room. Also exercise at own pace.
Aerobic Impact: Light to medium paced aerobics, light weight lifting, elastic bands, ballistic balls, and much more!!

Intermediate Line Dance: Ready to move to the next level? Join in on the fun, get a full body workout, and enjoy music.

Line Dance w/ Mary: A combination of ballroom and country line dances. No partner or sense of rhythm
necessary. The class is a great mood booster and equals at least a 3 mile walk. Dances will vary.

Class Description: Join the Party! This class is a fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic and exciting workout.
Remember you can only pay for fee classes only on the first day class.

Class Description: This is a basic class with the use of acrylic paints. It is strongly suggested that
students enrolling in this course have some previous experience in drawing or two-dimensional design. Course topic will include
composition, color theory, and color application with various tool methods.
