ON 1/13/19 AT THE FASHION PLACE MALL LOCATED AT 6191 S. STATE ST, STEVEN ALEXANDER PEREZ-
HERNANDEZ KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY ENGAGED IN VIOLENT CONDUCT WITH MULTIPLE PERSONS ALL
IDENTIFIED AS KNOWN GANG MEMBERS WHICH RESULTED IN A PUBLIC ALARM AND SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OF
TWO PERSONS. UPON BEING DETAINED ON 1/16/19 IN THE AREA OF 3450 S. 1450 W. BY MEMBERS OF THE
METRO GANG UNIT AND VFAST, STEVEN ALEXANDER PEREZ-HERNANDEZ RAN FROM UNIFORMED OFFICERS ON
FOOT AFTER BEING STOPPED ON A TRAFFIC STOP.

I believe these to be additional condition(s) for continued detention:

The person would constitute a substantial danger to any other person or to the community, or is likely to flee the
jurisdiction of the court
STEVEN ALEXANDER PEREZ-HERNANDEZ IS A KNOWN AND IDENTIFIED GANG MEMBER OF THE SURENOS
"FLORENCIA 13" GANG AND IS KNOWN BY THE MONIKER "CARTOON". STEVEN HERNANDEZ ENGAGED IN A
FIGHT WHICH RESULTED IN A SHOOTING AT THE FASHION PLACE MALL.
