Horses Background Anton Brittz saw a vision of significant prophetic value on Saturday, 14 August 2010 while he was attending a Bible distribution breakfast. Anton gave me written permission to translate the vision into English and to interpret and publish it as I believe the body of Christ should take note of it.
Vision I saw a team of six black horses hauled a black four-wheeled horse-drawn coach at full speed.
Though the horses were perspiring as they were
laboring very hard they enjoyed the physical exertion. The six shinning black horses appeared more beautiful with their wet perspired bodies. Clouds of vapor escaped from their nostrils. The coach managed to stay with the horses.
The gravel road was wet as if it had rained a short
while ago but the rain stopped. Though mud-water spattered in all directions, dirtied and smeared everything, the coach and horses were not dirtied or smeared by it.
Though it was nightfall, almost dark, the coach
sped ahead on the gravel mud-road toward its destination with no lights on. Just as it seemed that the coach with its horses heading toward a great accident or tragedy or was destined to self-destruct the front lights of the coach came on strong and bright. The horses appeared better in the light and gained new strength; they were laboring harder while they were tiring lesser. The horses performed their duty with passion. The animals were self- controlled, zealously inspired to do their work and with purpose heading to finishing their course. Though they were doing their best, they did not tired or got weary.
There was no human on board of the coach. Clearly
in my vision I observed that no man was in control of the coach. There was no driving reins, bridles or bits to control and steer the horses. The horses were only fastened to the coach with the necessary harnesses and with equipment essential to haul the coach. This equipment was eye-catching; strikingly beautiful.
During the swift journey there was no wind;
everything was restful and very calm.
The coach was loaded with the nine Gifts of the
Spirit; filled to full capacity. I could not see it with my eyes of flesh but I discerned it in my spirit. I saw in my spirit that this full load was almost an overload.
Onboard of the coach was also a very, very
valuable parcel. This parcel was wrapped up as follows:
Firstly, the parcel was wrapped up in a soft light
blue silk cloth.
When the light blue silk cloth was removed, the
parcel was wrapped up in a golden silk cloth.
When the golden silk cloth was removed, the parcel
was wrapped up in a white silk cloth.
When the white cloth was removed, the parcel was
wrapped up in a black silk cloth.
When the black silk cloth was removed the parcel
was wrapped up in a red silk cloth. When the red silk cloth was removed a parchment scroll was clearly visible with a seal on it. The seal was not opened.
The rolled up sealed parchment scroll was the
writing material used during Biblical times. It was a yellowish-white-grey colored scroll, rolled up and sealed with fine red ribbon. In the ribbon was a seal, sealed with the seal of authenticity of that time. The sealing material looked like red candle wax that people use to seal letters.
The handwriting and contents of the sealed
parchment scroll is a mystery and was untouched by man and no man has ever opened the seal or is able to open the seal. This was the end of my vision.
Interpretation by Andre Niemand
I saw six black horses pulled a black four-wheeled horse-drawn coach at full speed. This type of coach is an ancient vehicle used for transporting very rich people and royalty like princes and kings. The unseen Royal Occupants of the coach were the Holy Spirit (gifts of the Holy Spirit was on board) and the Lord Jesus (the parchment sealed scroll). It is inconceivable to separate the person of the Holy Spirit from His gifts or the person of the Lord Jesus Christ from His Word (sealed scroll).
The black color of the coach in this vision refers to
the invisibility of God to man. So the people stood afar off, but Moses drew near the thick darkness where God was (Exodus 20:21). It also symbolizes a restricted area. Moses was drawn into thick darkness (blackness), where the Ten Commandments and God’s judgments were revealed to him. The nation of Israel did not enter into this blackness, because this area was out of bounds for them. Moses is a type of Christ (Deuteronomy 18:15) while the nation of Israel is a type of man. Hence, it is God in control of the coach (His plan) and not man.
The horses were pulling the coach at full speed.
The coach is the plan of God and it raced ahead toward its fulfillment and God will not allow flesh and blood to interfere or influence its outcome. Therefore say to them, “Thus says the Lord God: “None of My words will be postponed any more, but the word which I speak will be done,” says the Lord God (Ezekiel 12:28).
What is God’s plan in this vision? The content of the
coach is firstly the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit. God is about to bring a fresh outpouring of His Holy Spirit where all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit will be manifested, much more powerful than in any generation since the Early Church until now (the coach was loaded with the nine Gifts of the Spirit; full to the overflow). I believe it will usher in the “greater works” as it will be necessary for the reaping of the great harvest that is about to begin and for the dark times (coach travelled after sunset) that we are approaching. Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father (John 14:12, emphasis added).
The coach also transported the sealed scroll which
is the prophetic word of God. This is a confirmation of the coming outpouring of God’s Spirit. And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and daughters shall prophecy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams [the scroll is a picture of the prophetic] (Acts 2:17, emphasis added). The sealed parchment scroll also refers to the pending judgments of the last days and the revelation of Christ in all that is happening during His second advent. The plan of God in this vision can be summarized as follows: a mighty outpouring of God’s Spirit during the great harvest of souls; the anticipated judgments of God in the last days and the revelation of Christ in His second advent.
Though the horses were perspiring as they were
laboring very hard they enjoyed the physical exertion. The six shinning black horses appeared more beautiful with their wet perspired bodies. Clouds of vapor escaped from their nostrils. The coach managed to stay with the horses. This is a picture of zealously laboring in the Lord. Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, labor of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the sight of our God and Father (1 Thessalonians 1:3, emphasis added). And again, “Then His disciples remembered that it was written, ‘Zeal for Your house has eaten Me up’” (John 2:17).
The horses enjoyed the physical exertion. We find
delight in laboring in the Lord. Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! (Philippians 4:4).
The gravel road was wet as if it had rained a short
while ago but the rain stopped. A gravel road symbolizes God’s word and way. Thus says the Lord: “Stand in the ways and see, ask for the old paths [gravel road], where the good way is, and walks in it (Jeremiah 6:16a). However, a muddy road refers to fleshly input. But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire [mud] and dirt (Isaiah 57:20). In this vision the army of the Lord travelled the road of truth (gravel road). The mud water, which is not living water, can be associated with old or doctrinal teachings that are not necessarily applicable to what God is doing now. Mud water often refers to doctrinal teachings that have been polluted by fleshly input. Though mud-water spattered in all directions, dirtied and smeared everything, the coach and horses were not dirtied or smeared by it. Religious input (e.g. doctrines that are not pure truth and legalism), daily comes the way of the army of God. Regardless of theories and agendas of men God will not be influenced by human activity and input (mud-water) but will accomplish His word for which it was sent. Examples of human input are: Not all “awakenings and revivals” were of God’s Spirit but some of these claims were fueled by human zeal (mud-water that dirty and smeared all things). Off cause there were true outpourings of God’s Spirit but the vision points out that there was human zeal involved in some “awakenings.” This vision emphasizes that the coach [God’s plan] and the horses [His army] will not be affected by the mud water. And when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded [the mud-water did not dirtied or smeared the coach or horses] (Joel 2:8b, KJV).
The beautiful six shinning black horses’ appeared
more beautiful with their wet perspired bodies. Their focus is on the Lord and they delight in His ways.
The six horses emphasized the number six. Man
was created on the sixth day, and thus he has the number six impressed on him. Six is the number of imperfect man as destitute of God, without God, without Christ. Six days were appointed for him to labor and is therefore also the number of man’s labor as apart and distinct from God’s rest. In the vision, the six horses refer to imperfect man saved by grace (horses and coach as a unit) laboring as yokefellows in the Lord. This vision points to the future where the army of the Lord is likened to horses. Their appearance is like the appearance of horses; and like swift steeds, so they run. With a noise like chariots, over mountaintops they leap, like the noise of a flaming fire [filled with the power of the Spirit] that devours the stubble, like a strong people set in battle array. Before them the people writhe in pain; all faces are drained of color. They run like mighty men, they climb the wall like men of war; every one marches in formation, and they do not break ranks [the horses drew the coach as a unit] (Joel 2:4-7, emphasis added).
Though the horses were perspiring as they were
laboring very hard they enjoyed the physical exertion. The six shinning black horses appeared more beautiful with their wet perspired bodies. Clouds of vapor escaped from their nostrils. The coach managed to stay with the horses. It speaks of the zeal of the Lord that will bring the plan of God into fulfillment. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this (Isaiah 9:7, emphasis added).
Though it was nightfall, almost dark, the coach
sped ahead on the gravel mud-road toward its destination with no lights on. The day of the Lord is darkness and not light. Woe to you who desire the day of the Lord! For what good is the day of the Lord to you? It will be darkness, and not light (Amos 5:18). The day of the Lord will not be the end of trouble but it will reveal God’s righteous judgment on the ungodly and disobedient. His judgment will start with the House of the Lord.
Just as it seemed that the coach with its horses
heading toward a great accident or tragedy or was destined to self-destruct the front lights of the coach came on strong and bright. Jesus is the light of His army and they know His voice. Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness (John 7:12). The horses appeared better in the light. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16). They were laboring harder while they were tiring lesser means they were waiting on the Lord. But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
There was no human on board of the coach. Clearly
in my vision I observed that no man was in control of the coach. There was no driving reins, bridles or bits to control and steer the horses. Driving reins, bridles and bits are manmade devises whereby a driver is able to control the team of horses. The absence thereof emphasizes that God will be in control of the outpouring of His Spirit and no man will manipulate this coming move of His Spirit. The Lord gives voice before His army [no man steers the coach] (Joel 2: 11a).
The horses were only fastened to the coach with
the necessary harnesses and with equipment essential to haul the coach. The army of God was fastened through Divine relationships – loving God and each other out of a pure heart. I drew them with gentle cords, with bands of love [harnesses and with equipment essential to haul the coach], and I was to them as those who take the yoke from their neck. I stooped and fed them (Hosea 11:4, emphasis added). This equipment was eye-catching; strikingly beautiful. Behold, how good and pleasant [strikingly beautiful] it is for brethren to dwell in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for the Lord commanded the blessing – life forevermore (Psalm 133: 1-3, emphasis added). During this swift journey there was no wind; everything was restful and very calm. Nothing can resist (wind) God when He will appear in this revival. But who can endure the day of His coming? Who can stand when He appears? (Malachi 3:2a).
The coach was loaded with the nine Gifts of the
Spirit; filled to full capacity. I could not see it with my eyes of flesh but I discerned it in my spirit. I saw in my spirit that this full load was almost an overload. The load with the Holy Spirit gifts is meant for a mighty revival and outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit. Many people will be anointed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. All the gifts of the Holy Spirit (the coach was almost overloaded) will be operative and not as in past revivals where God placed emphasis only on a limited number of gifts at a time. All the gifts will also work more powerful than any other time witnessed in history. It will be the time of the “greater works.” It is necessary to harvest the large crop of souls that must be brought into God’s barn and because of the dark times (coach was travelling after sunset) that the church will enter in.
Onboard of the coach was also a very, very
valuable parcel. The parcel refers to the prophetic word concerning the seven seals. And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals (Revelation 5:1).
This parcel was wrapped up. It means the contents
were covered up, hidden as a secret, veiled from the naked eye. This testifies that the scroll as described in chapter 5 of the Book of Revelation is still sealed and remains a mystery for the moment.
The parcel was wrapped up in soft silk cloth. The
ancient Hebrews regarded soft silk as a garment so fine that it might seem as fine as the finest hair; nothing else can be learned than that very fine threads are denoted. This refers to the quality of the contents of the message and revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ that is contained in the sealed volume of the scroll. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy (Revelation 19:10b).
The parcel was wrapped up in five different colors
of silk cloth, namely, light blue, gold, white, black and red. The number five is four plus one. Redemption (number five) follows creation (number four). Due to the fall of our first parents God made man and creation under his rule subject to vanity. Therefore God sent His Son into this broken earth to redeem fallen man and broken creation. Five is therefore the number of grace. Grace means favor. Favor manifested to the unworthy is known as grace! I believe when the seals of the scroll will be opened both severe judgments of God on the ungodly and disobedient and an intensity of grace to the godly that was never experienced before, will be released. These judgments and favor will be poured out because of difficult and dark, yet exciting, times ahead of us.
Firstly, the parcel was wrapped up in a light blue
soft silk cloth. Light blue in a dream or a vision refers to revelation which must be interpreted spiritually. Light blue in the vision tells us that the content of the sealed scroll is not yet unveiled but will be interpreted sometime in future. The scroll is still sealed.
When the light blue cloth was removed, the parcel
was still wrapped up but with a golden silk cloth. Gold is a precious metal and refers to the character of Christ. The sealed scroll is the Word of God which is the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Book of Revelation is a prophetic revelation of the second advent of Christ and not a historic account of His first advent. We will experience a new and fresh revelation when the Lord Jesus Christ will be revealed in all end time events, when He will open, read and look at the scroll. Presently, the scroll is still sealed.
When the golden cloth was removed, the parcel
was still wrapped up but with a white silk cloth. White in this context of the vision means to overcome. When the seals are broken, you will overcome the accuser of the brethren on a new level as the Lamb of God will be revealed in a much greater way to your heart. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony [revelation of Christ in your heart], and they did not love their lives to the death (Revelation 12:11, emphasis added). A revelation of Christ comes through a relationship with Him, not a doctrinal understanding.
When the white cloth was removed, the parcel was
still wrapped up but with a black silk cloth. Black in the context of the vision means the breaking of the seven seals of the prophetic word will introduce darkness to the earth as the judgments of God will have a devastating impact on mankind and creation. We, of the light, will constantly be engaged in spiritual warfare but we need to persevere as conquerors. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of the darkness of this age [4 horsemen and other principalities and powers], against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).
When the black cloth wrapping is removed the
packet is still wrapped in a red silk cloth. Blood red refers to our redemption through faith in God and His Word, Jesus. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death (Revelation 12:11, emphasis added). On the other hand, “fiery red” means conflict and war. When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come and see.” Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there given to him a great sword (Revelation 6:3-4). You will not believe how many people dismiss the word on the tribulation as not true. They say, “How can a God of love let us endure the tribulation.” How disillusioned they will be when they go unprepared through the tribulation. Be strong and take courage for the Lord says, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you” (Isaiah 43:2). And again, “Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, ‘Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?’ And I said to him, ‘Sir you know.’ So he said to me, ‘These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb’” (Revelation 7:13-14, emphasis added).
There will be those that will sacrifice their lives as
martyrs; their number is not full yet. When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed (Revelation 7:9-11, emphasis added). And also, And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death (Revelation 12:11, emphasis added).
It is not your belief or mine that counts but God’s
word that is settled in heaven. God’s coach is speeding ahead and no man will interfere.
When the red cloth was removed a parchment
scroll was clearly visible with a seal on it. I believe it is the sealed parchment scroll of Revelation 5. And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals (Revelation 5:1).
The seal was not broken. The handwriting and
contents of the sealed parchment scroll is presently a mystery and untouched and no man has ever opened the seal or is able to open the seal. Christ alone is worthy to take the scroll and open its seals. Until that time it will remain sealed; if sealed it is still a mystery.
