Directs Oregon Health Authority to study home visiting by licensed health care providers. Re-
quires report to interim committee of Legislative Assembly related to health care.
Sunsets January 2, 2020.
Declares emergency, effective on passage.

1 A BILL FOR AN ACT


2 Relating to home visiting; and declaring an emergency.
3 Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
4 SECTION 1. The Oregon Health Authority shall study home visiting by licensed health
5 care providers in this state. The authority shall submit findings and recommendations for
6 legislation to an interim committee of the Legislative Assembly related to health care not
7 later than December 31, 2019.
8 SECTION 2. Section 1 of this 2019 Act is repealed on January 2, 2020.
9 SECTION 3. This 2019 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
10 peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2019 Act takes effect
11 on its passage.
