COURSE AND RESULT CALCULATION
FOR THE COURSE FORM GENERATION: I have sent you detailed course in pdf in
which the department do and so far the ones at my disposal as been uploaded into
the system already.
Now, two or more programs has a different ways of calculating their result
These are the Courses/programmes that I have sent you so far.

So work with these ones for now while I sent you the remaining

NOTE: for the returning student that has matric no already, how do we update their
Final Result?.
e.g. A 300level Student that has a cgpa of 3.0 already which means he has
2015,2016,2017 session what was gave him the total cgpa, now if we have to upload
for this year we are currently running 2018/2019 session. find a way of doing the
cgpa calculator such that after uploading this year result we there should be a
column that will ask for existing cgpa for returning student, so we would just upload
that 3.o cgpa he is bringing from last session it will sum it together with the the new
one to give final cgpa.,

SECTION C
MATRIC NO GENERATION:
Matric No generation is generated by which after student has paid their
matriculation fee their form no will be automatically changed to matric no which is
structured like this;

I do not know maybe the form no generating to matric no after paying matric fee is
working because they have not started paying matric fee. Kindly check that side or if
there is a way we you can automatically give the new student matric no.

ADMISSION LETTER GENERATION, I HAVE SENT YOU A SAMPLE OF THIS ALREADY

SECTION E
RECEIPT GENRATION: Receipt should be generated for any payment made, the
student usually pay installmentally any payment made that was successful/approved
by payment gateway it should deduct the fee paid from the initial payment for every
type of payment and the receipt should carry invoice no which must not be the same
at all, also the receipt formart should be genunine which must carry the student
face, matric no and some basic information.
