2) This agreement will have a lease period of 11 months from date of occupying i.e.,
______________________. Two months notice should be given by both the
parties (tenant and owner) to vacate the flat.
3) If any damage is caused to tiling, plumbing, flooring, walls, paints or
electrification, then the tenant should bear the repair costs.
4) If the tenant has made any changes in the premises which are not acceptable to
the house owner, later may ask him to undo the changes.
5) This rental agreement can be further extended with the mutual consent of both
the parties.
6) The tenant shall keep the premises in neat and tidy condition.
7) The tenant shall not make material alterations in the premises during the terms of
lease without the consent of the OWNER.
8) The Tenant has to pay Electricity Bill and water bill (if any) (according to bill)
properly.
9) The OWNER or his agents can inspect the premises during reasonable times for
which the tenant shall not have any objection.
10) A List of households like bulbs, tube lights, fans, appliances, etc (if any) installed
by the owner shall be made below. All the items in the list should be handed over
to the owner by the tenant before vacating the flat. The cost incurring the loss or
damage of the above items should be barred by the tenant only.
