ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY

The Court, having reviewed the pleadings, Plaintiff” s Motion to Compel, any

response thereto, the evidence, and having heard argument of counsel, is of the

opinion that the Motion should be GRANTED:

The Court finds that ORIGIN RELEASING, L.L.C. (“Plaintiff”) served

HANNOVER HOUSE, INC.(“Defendant”) With Post—Judgment Discovery on

October 23, 20 1 8, through their counsel ofrecord (the “Post-Judgment Discovery”).

The Court finds that the Post—Judgment Discovery contained Requests for

Production and Interrogatories.

The Court finds that Defendant, through their counsel of record, received the

Post—Judgment Discovery Via email on October 23, 201 8.

The Court finds that Defendant has wholly failed to respond to the Post—

Judgment Discovery as of the date of this hearing and therefore, the responses to the

Post-Judgment Discovery are past due.

 The Court finds that Plaintiffs have incurred reasonable and necessary

attorneys’ fees in the amount of $ 1 ,500.00 in connection With the Motion to Compel.

IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED, ADIUDGED AND DECREED that

Defendant is ORDERED to answer the Interrogatories contained in the Post-

Judgment Discovery fully in writing under oath, and without objections within ten

(10) days of the date 0f this Order.

IT IS, FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED Defendant is

ORDERED t0 answer the Requests for Production contained in the Post-Judgment

Discovery in writing fully under oath, Without obj actions, and produce all documents

within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.

IT IS, FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff

is awarded attorney’s fees in the amount 0f $1,500.00 for the preparation and

prosecution of this Motion to Compel.
