EX PARTE MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, the undersigned legal aid counsel, unto this

Honorable Court, most respectfully moves for the postponement of
the above-mentioned case scheduled on May 23, 2018 and in lieu
thereof another setting be held on June 13, 2018 on the ground
that the undersigned will be undergoing final examinations as part of
the compliance for the academic year.

In as much as the undersigned is willing to appear before the

Honorable Court, she cannot do so for the above-mentioned reason.

This Motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of this

case but solely for the above-stated reason.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that this Motion be GRANTED.
