SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MIAVIL ESCARIAN CORRE, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident

of Jaro, Iloilo City, do hereby name constitute and appoint CLAIRE T. LUCERO of
Divine Printers, Inc., Filipino, of legal age, single and resident of San Vicente, Jaro,
Iloilo City to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To REPRESENT me, TRANSACT and PROCESS in my behalf the issuance of

Business Permit, Certificate of Registration and AUTHORITY TO PRINT (ATP)
before any and all agencies, offices, department and instrumentalities;
2. To deposit money in any bank or banks and to withdraw the same by
cheque, receipt, draft, or otherwise; and to transact any and all
business, operations, and affairs with any and all banking institutions in
the Philippines as may be deemed necessary, proper, and convenient;
3. To REQUEST, MAKE, SIGN, EXECUTE, DELIVER and RECEIVE documents,
papers, and other writings in order to give full effect to and in connection with
the authorities above-mentioned;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing requisite or necessary
or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person, with full power of
substitution or revocation; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING that my said attorney shall lawfully

do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
