Agreement Between BAM Marketing and MEMAAR Builders.

Terms And condition between marketing company and Builders.

1) The agreement between BAM MARKETING COMPANY and PROJECT OWNERS will be for-
____________ years of period.

2) If the Marketing company fail to sell the project,in such situation the Marketing company has the authority
to dissolve its agreement with the PROJECT OWNERS.

3) Besides sales matter if the Marketing company wants to dissolve its agreement with PROJECT
OWNERS,In such situation the Marketing company will not be liable for those recovery payments which will be
recived in future.

4) Besides sales matter,if the PROJECT OWNER want to dissolve its agreement with Marketing ccompany
,in such situation BAM MARKETING COMPANY will not be liable for those recovery payments which will be
recived in future.

5) PROJECT OWNERS will be bound to transfer the ownership according to the rules of TMA UPPER DIR to
those buyers who paid there payments timely.

6) It will be the responsibilty of the PROJECT OWNERS to provide wapda transfarmer, electricity meters to
commercial and residentail units of the project.

7) If the project is delay due to any reason,or the the PROJECT OWNERS failed to complete the project with
in advertised time ,PROJECT OWNERS will be bound to to pay back the payments to the buyers.

8) If the Above sitiuation in para no.7 happened ,then BAM MARKETING will not be liable to returns its
commision to the project.It will be the responsibility of the PROJECT OWNERS to return the payments to the
buyers.

9) If a customer cancel its purchased unit after 30% payment is recived in the unit,BAM MARKETING will not
return its commision proportion in that unit to the purchaser,it will be the responsibilty of the PROJECT
OWNER to return the payment to the buyer.

10) PROJECT OWNERS will be bound to to complete the project is 2 years.

11) It is the duty of the project owners to give a signed sale deed to the buyers timely.

RESPONSIBILTY OF BAM MARKETING

1) Sales of units

2) Recovery of sales Units


3) Recruitment of sales staff and salaries

4) Client refreshement expensess

5) Food expenses of staff

6) Office stationary

7) Print and Electronic advertisement for the project

PROJECT OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Providing furnished office

2) Telephone and electricity bills of the Booking office.

3) Computer and Printers

4) Security guards of a well known company.

MODE OF PAYMENT

1) BAM MARKETING will charge Rs----------- per square foot as decided with the
PROJECT OWNERS,Payments received from the customers,the company will take
proportionate share according to the prescribed mode.

2) The SQFT price, which is decided with the project owners,BAM MARKETING will be
free to charge the extra price on per SQFT. Reciving of extra payment will be depend
on the will of the marketing company.
