SUBJECT : Final Report: Filing of a case “Murder and Illegal

Possession of Firearms” against Franscisco Mejia Fernandez

2. At about 5:00 PM of July 19, 2018, a telephone call was received from

Maria Josefa Dajes Domingo, 40 years old, Filipino, Female, Married, a

college level , and a resident of 45 Lopez Ave., Maquiling Subd., Brgy.

Batong Malake, Los Banos, Laguna regarding a shooting incident that

transpired at Lopez Ave., Brgy. Batong Malake this city.

3. Investigation disclosed that the incident happened at about 4:30 PM of July

19, 2018 at Lopez, Ave., Brgy. Batong Malake, Los Banos Laguna. The

victim was identified as Fernando Sagpatan Domingo, 48 years old, Filipino,

male, a college level, driver, married and a resident of 45 Lopez Ave.,

Maquiling Subd., Brgy. Batong Malake this city. The suspect immediately left

after the commission of the crime, riding a motorcycle without plate number.

4. That on July 27, 2018, an inquest proceeding was conducting by Laguna

Provincial Prosecutor’s Office under NPS Docket No. IV- 27- OZJC-0089

against the respondent Francisco Mejia Fernandez a.k.a “Boy Negro”, 38

years old, married, Filipino, driver, co-worker of the victim, and a resident of

60 Chipeco St. Parain, Calamba City, Laguna for killing Mr. Domingo.

5. Base on the foregoing facts and circumstances, the apprehended suspect

had a motive to kill the victim because of jealousy.

6. A case for murder and illegal possession of firearms was already filed in

court and the suspect is presently detained at Laguna Provincial Jail.

7. Investigation is terminated.

2. At about 5:00 PM of July 19, 2018, a telephone call was received from

college level, and a resident of 45 Lopez Ave., Maquiling Subd., Brgy.

Batong Malake, Los Banos, Laguna regarding a shooting incident that

transpired at Lopez Ave., Brgy. Batong Malake this city.

3. Investigation disclosed that the incident happened at about 4:30 PM of

July 19, 2018 at Lopez Ave., Brgy. Batong Malake, Los Banos,

Laguna. The victim was identified as Fernando Sagpatan Domingo, 45

years old, Filipino, male, a college level, driver and a resident of 45

Lopez Ave., Maquiling Subd., Brgy. Batong Malake, this city.

According to the reporting personnel, the victim was washing his car in

front of their house when an unknown suspect came and shot the

victim then immediately left the crime scene using a motorcycle without

plate number towards unknown direction.
