PROJECT UNDERTAKEN
1) Simulation of Micro-indentation Process of Black NiAl Coated aluminum substrate Using
FEM
This project aims at evaluation of mechanical properties (hardness and Young’s modulus) of new cost
effective black NiAl coated aluminum substrate using Micro-indentation which is useful for solar
collector system in solar water heater application and to carry out finite element simulation using
ANSYS 14.5
Tool used: Micro hardness testing machine, Ansys 14.5.

2) Optimization of Parameters for Boring operation on Aluminum HE30

This project aims at suggesting the proper insert & best combination of cutting parameters (Inserts,
cutting Speed, feed rate and depth of cut) for optimum value of surface finish.
Hardware & Software used:
Surface roughness tester, Co-ordinate measuring machine, Auto-Cad, Minitab16.2

WORK EXPERIENCE
Working as a Design engineer in Diam group, chakan since 6th august 2018.
Role-
-part/product modeling as and when required
-prepare production ready drawings for machining.
-prepare bill of material.
