2.1 Project Summary
2.1.1 Objectives
Video banking is a used for performing banking transactions or professional banking
consultations via a remote video connection. Video banking can be performed via
purpose banking app, or via a videoconference enabled bank branch.
Deliver an Video banking App on Android and Apple devices as well as through an
application on the laptop/Desktop.
Support Video banking services like Process new account, new loan, consultation with
Relationship manager.
Allow video connection between client and bank staff after customer authentication.
Schedule a video call/ appointment booking for video call between client and Bank staff
