How to meditate
I. Introduction

In today’s busy Western world meditation is look at more as luxurious trend than a necessity. In

fact, in our multiple lives we usually forget the most important individual in the Room: the SELF,

yourself. We know to update everyone and all our lives. However, when it comes to the Self we

literally forget about it. The is only one way to update oneself, get in touch with one’s deepest

layer of self it is through meditation. Hence the need to learn how to meditate.

II. Body

 Why do I need to meditate? At a vegetative level, everyone meditates

o Common examples of unconscious meditation: when someone get

you upset / the feeling of love at first sight.

o Benefit to meditate:

 Mastery over ones Health, consequently over one’s social life

o Knowing that it you’ve been doing meditation and that it is good for

you now how do you do it?

 How to meditate

o According to Omraam Mikhael Aivanov, “meditation is like food

mastication, where we masticate thoughts to digest the quintessence

of the spiritual world to nourish us.” (p. 129).

o Step 1 choose the subject of your meditation


o Step 2 get in a comfortable position

o Step 3 close your eyes and get 3 deep breath/while attempting to

clear you mind and retain ONLY the meditation subject.

o Step 4 open your eyes and resume your normal breathing

III. Conclusion

By now you should realize not only you’ve been meditating and meditation would be

a very beneficial activity for your overall wellbeing. Furthermore, it can be

accomplish in four easy steps: Choose a subject -Get Comfortable – Breath/focus

your mind on it . The when and where will entirely be up to you and how often you

want to feel good.
