MOTION TO ADMIT
AMENDED COMPLAINT

COMES NOW the Complainant, unto this Honorable Office

respectfully alleges that:

1. He is filing herewith an amended complaint which he

moves to be admitted;

2. The amendments consist of including additional stolen

properties and alleging additional causes of action so that the actual
and full merits of the controversy may speedily be determined;

3. This case is scheduled for Preliminary Investigation on 03

January and 10 Juanuary 2019, at 10am.

4. Rule 110, Section 14 of the Rules of Court provides that:

Amendment or substitution. — A
complaint or information may be
amended, in form or in substance,
without leave of court, at any time
before the accused enters his plea.
After the plea and during the trial, a
 formal amendment may only be made with
leave of court and when it can be done
without causing prejudice to the
rights of the accused.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Office that the herewith attached Amended Complaint be admitted.
