1. GENERAL

1.1. Introduction
PT PERTAMINA RU IV, hereinafter is referred to as CLIENT, is planning to relocate
“Jln. MT. Haryono” due to have planning for RDMP (Refinery Development Master
Plan) Project.
1.2. Scope
This calculation sheet is made to prove the safety of Bridge Concrete Structure for
Engineering Service for Relocation of Jln. MT. Haryono Project

Specified Compressive Strength:
- Reinforced Concrete (fc'): 28 Mpa dan 35 Mpa
- Prestress concrete girder beam (fc'): 41 Mpa
- Concrete Density (γc): 23.5 kN/m³
5.2. Steel Reinforcement
- Specified Yield Strength of Reinforcement (fy): 390 Mpa
- Specified Yield Strength of Strand (fpy): 15800 Mpa

7.2.3. Break Load (TB)


 Break load shall be determined from the greater of:
- 25% x design truck axle load
- 5% x design truck load and Uniform Distributed Load (UDL)

7.2.4. Centrifugal Load (TR) 


 Centrifugal load = C x Design truck axle load

- v = design road velocity (m/s)
- f = 4/3 for load combination, 1.0 for fatique state
- g = gravity acceleration, 9.8 m/s2
- Rf = radius of circle for traffic lane (m)
7.2.5. Pedestrian Load (TP)

For shoulder greater than 600 mm, shall be designed for pedesetrian load for 5
kPa, act simultaneously with vehicle load

Unless noted otherwise, design for wind pressure on structure shall be
defined as:
