DEED OF SALE OF PRIVATE AGRICULTURAL LAND

KNOW EVERYONE BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

ACE D. CORPUZ, of legal age, married to JACKY A. CORPUZ,


Filipino, and with residence and postal address at 162 De Leon Drive,
Barangay Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDOR.

-AND-
DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM as represented by
ATTY. ISABEL D. ORNUCO, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of
agricultural land with located at Nazareth Drive, Barangay Culianan,
Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur and covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 156755, containing a total area of THREE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED (3, 200) HECTARES, 14.999 hectares of which was covered by
RA No. 6657 through the Voluntary Offer to Sell (VOS) scheme of the
Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) and which is more
particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE TITLE NO. T-156755


“A PARCEL OF AGRICULTURAL LAND (Lot 63 BLK 20 of
consolidation subdivision plan (LRC) Pcd-08-084782, being a portion of Lot
63-C Culianan-Mercedes Estate), situated in the Nazareth Drive, Barangay
Culianan, Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur. Bounded on the SE., alone
lines 1-4; 4-6 by Lot 70, Lot 71; on the SW., along line 7-8 by lot 62 all of
Culianan-Mercedes Estate; on the NW., NE., NW., & NE., along lines 4-5-
6-7-1 by Lot 63-B of the subdivision plan X x x Containing an area of
THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (3,200) HECTARES, more or
less.”

WHEREAS, the VENDOR has offered the VENDEE to buy said


portion of agricultural land and to which the latter has agreed to sell the above
mentioned property for the amount of TWO MILLION PESOS (P 2, 000,
000.00) Philippine Currency;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO
MILLION PESOS (P 2, 000, 000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the
vendee to the vendor, the VENDEE DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and
CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto said BUYER, his heirs and assigns,
the certain parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon,

free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature, including real estate
taxes as of the date of this sale.
