Note:
Process
The user, their line manager or any GOLD champion (irrespective of the region) can raise the IT Helpdek / Genergy Ticket for GO
Kindly note that if the user is raising the ticket, they also need to attach an approval of the request from their manager or GOL
This User Registration Form (see next tab) must be completed and attached to the IT Helpdesk / Genergy ticket.
It is mandatory to choose the tiers as follows when creating the IT Helpdesk / Genergy ticket:
- Go to 'Create Ticket > Advanced' in Genergy and select as below:
- Tier 1: Software IS_Gold
- Tier 2: GOLD
- Tier 3: Access Request
Once the ticket is raised, the Access Management agent will check the User Registration Form to make sure the correct informa
enable the account to be created in GOLD. In addition, the request will be checked against the SoD matrix (see image below) t
have been requested. If all information is correct Step 5 will be followed. If information is missing or contrary to SoD matrix, or
relationship does not match the corporate directory, the request form will be rejected back to the requestor for more details to
The Access Management agent will then check the requestors department and title against the rights that have been asked for

marketing and the rights requested are sales and billing then the form will be rejected back to the user / manager requesting t

Once the Access Management agent has a fully completed request, the account will be created and GOLD will automtically sen
temporary password by email.
Teams unders the CARM process (CS&O, OINIS etc.) will continue to the follow the existing User Registration process as defined
